Sunprime Protaras Beach - Adults Only in Protaras

I'm a frequent customer of their beach restaurant and unfortunately the portion of the foods are getting smaller and smaller, the salads the burgers the French fries. I used to like it but not anymore. It was one of the best spots as a beach restaurant in protaras as value for money and instead of doing better they're going worse. Sorry.

The last 4 years, we choose Cyprus for our summer holidays.

Today we had the worst human experience ever.

Myself and my partner with our mothers sat down at Sunprime beach cafe at the seafront.

All of us wearing our swimwear.

When we asked the waiting staff if it was allowed to have some drinks and swim at the beach, he clearly said : “Sure, no problem”

We got the order, we paid, were swimming.

1 hour later, one gentleman! (Antonis-if am right) told to my partner in a very rude way, raising his voice “to put his shorts on because people are eating around” in Greek language!

Pointing his finger at him??

That’s was proper bullying and harassment.

Antonis used an appropriate and rude behaviour, started yelling and showing off his toxic masculinity to his staff about my partners swimwear in front of other people and tourists.

I was really calm and I used my kindest manners explaining him that everything would be completely different, if he used more tactful approach.

Harassing a guest about his swimwear ? Without manners ? Without any warning ? Without any signage at the entrance ? In front of the sea, full of people wearing their swimwear?

He refused to speak in English because we were the problem ! He got scared that everyone in the room would leave the cafe/restaurant due to his inappropriate behaviour.

I don’t think Antonis would have the same attitude to non-Greek speakers!

Is he serious ? Really ? Is there any professional Management to escalate this horrible incident to someone ?

We have family and friends who living here and we won’t leave this to go unnoticed.
