Good hotel, clean rooms. The breakfast was ample and tasty. Friendly and helpful staff. Would gladly stay again.

Everything was wonderful, the hotel staff were very attentive. Check-in was at 2 PM due to high demand, which is also stated in the hotel information. We were given a complimentary breakfast plus one for waiting. The lady at the spa was very nice. Thank you.

I was traveling with clients for business and stayed at this hotel. It's a five-star hotel in the city center, with a large lobby on the first floor. The hotel is relatively old, and while the facilities are a bit dated, the toiletries are of a fairly high standard. Breakfast is included, and it's quite plentiful. However, the window in my room wasn't locked properly, and it let in drafts all night

Great rooms, great seafront location midway between Ayia Napa and Nissi Beach, super friendly and helpful staff. Food variety and quality was great. The only negative was the slight inconvenience of no WC facility at pool / reception / restaurant level - you needed to go either 1 floor up or down.

The stay here was pleasant. The staff is exceptionally kind. The room was clean and the whole areal is overall good maintained with a little tlc needed here and there. The backpool is more quite than the large main pool and there is a big grassy sunbed area where you can enjoy the seaview. If you’re looking for a luxury getaway, I would advise to avoid this hotel. This is not a four star hotel by any means - I’m not sure how it’s even received the positive ratings it has. This apartment hotel is fully equipped with enough utensils and cooking pots and pan for a simple meal cooking. The apartment building has full facilities with indoor and outdoor swimming pools. It also has a gym and spa at the basement.  There is a convenient store adjacent to the apartment for all essential items.

Stayed her at the end of October for a week. It was faultless. It’s 3 star but I’ve stayed in worse 4 and 5 star hotels. All the staff were excellent, always going beyond their call of duty. We didn’t stay at the hotel but we recommend stopping by the beach bar area. It’s a great spot to enjoy a coffee or a small bite right by the sea. The atmosphere is relaxed and the service was really nice, especially the friendly waiter from Pakistan who made us feel welcome. A simple and pleasant place to chill by the beach.

We were pleased with our experience. Everything was awesome, one bump was that on the last day we found a cockroach in the bathroom. The room looked dated but that didnt effect our trip, we were mostly in the town not in the hotel.

The only drawback with the hotel, was that the insualtion is insufficient, so I could hear the neighbor snoring through te door that separated the two rooms...also when they were talking playing music @2.30AM...Also when the cleaners started the noise was very load, also because of echo in the outside halls. Other than that, rooms good size, and cleaning every day.

The service was mediocre and didn't match the price. The rooms were small. It was an all-inclusive hotel, but the food selection was limited, especially since the bars offered almost no "free extra charge" items. Just had 3 weeks at the avanti hotel, local to several restaurants and bars. All staff in bars, reception, cleaning and dining very friendly and welcoming. Lovely hotel, great staff, we had a lovely lady cleaning our room she left us plenty of milk for our first cup of tea in the morning 😁 the staff in the poolside bar were great as well. We booked 3 nights for a city break whilst staying somewhere else on the island. Always wanted to stay at the rocks over the years we have been here.
