I m quite happy with this hotel (have visited 2024 and 2025) for weekend stays. The check-in process was smooth and the overall feeling us discrete but always alert service. The hotel is next to the Casino Opera. The soundproofing is excellent, so the room is very quiet. Everything was wonderful, the hotel staff were very attentive. Check-in was at 2 PM due to high demand, which is also stated in the hotel information. We were given a complimentary breakfast plus one for waiting. The lady at the spa was very nice. Thank you.

I was traveling with clients for business and stayed at this hotel. It's a five-star hotel in the city center, with a large lobby on the first floor. The hotel is relatively old, and while the facilities are a bit dated, the toiletries are of a fairly high standard. Breakfast is included, and it's quite plentiful. However, the window in my room wasn't locked properly, and it let in drafts all night

Really nice and stylish hotel. Amazing breakfast buffet including low fat yoghurt. Unfortunately the hotel is next to a big street and it is a little difficult to catch a Tuktuk. Also a little minus is the small pool area in comparison to the size of hotel, same with gym area.

Location was very convenient for my work. Very clean, spacious and well maintained. Excellent bed with different pillow options. The room had everything you need and it was possible to switch the air-con off. Everything was clean and well maintained.
