Stayed her at the end of October for a week. It was faultless. It’s 3 star but I’ve stayed in worse 4 and 5 star hotels. All the staff were excellent, always going beyond their call of duty. We're 2 oldies who stayed in an appartment in the Harbour Suite because of the lift. The complex comprises several low rise buildings around a good size pool area. Have just come back from our holiday for a week all inclusive at this resort and really enjoyed our stay. We had booked a 2 bedroom apartment and this was perfect for our needs. The hotel is very basic, but in a good location and overall The breakfast was very good and Mr. Lakis the General Manager was nice and kind. The waiter Mr Lakis was so helpful and professional. So although the hotel wasn’t too exclusive, I had a great stay and ate overall I love Cyprus.

For value for money this is an excellent large hotel in a lovely mountain setting. The bedroom was very large with a comfortable Bed, good lighting etc. The Hitel in areas in need if some refurbishment but for overall value its a good choice.

We have stayed here many times but this will probably be our last. The service was poor, we felt that they couldn’t be bothered to serve foreign guests. The room was small and had a lingering smell of smoke. Drinks were expensive. On one day they hosted a political dinner accompanied by very loud rock music - not conducive to a relaxing break.

I was here 4 years ago. The room i had , had a view to the sea and it was wonderful. Spacious room with a balcony and view to the sea 💞. I also enjoyed the gym which was spacious and had a lot of equipment. I am planning on returning here!

It offers variety of amenities, due to COVID-19 it was not crowded so we had the pleasure of enjoying all amenities without waiting in line or disruption. The hotel has the feel of a former Soviet-era property. It may have been decent in the past, but now it resembles more of an elderly care home that moonlights as a hotel. The building is old and hasn’t been renovated, so it may be difficult to keep insects away. There’s no Wi-Fi in the room. I noticed these issues mentioned in past reviews and had hoped they’d be improved over time—but they haven’t been. The best part of my stay was the helpful janitor who kindly shared some great tips. Truly appreciated!

Quirky & quaint hotel still in the 80's. Free car parking, excellent location for sea front. Girl on front desk was welcoming & helpful. Room would benefit from some TLC, pool available but too cold. Foyer decor very eclectic, with some superb paintings on display.

Our stay here was perfect. The rooms are nice and comfortable, the breakfast is delicious, but what stands out the most is the staff. Very friendly and helpful. They always have a smile and a warm greeting when you encounter them. The location is central to shops and restaurants. Very quick walk to beaches. There's a bus stop just across the street. Highly recommend.

Staff were amazing, very nice! Big thank you to all of them especially Stefani :) The nearest beach is 3 min away by walk. Room was clean, the view was nice. A lot of noice from the outside but it is normal - we are in Ayia Napa not in Paphos. Small suggestion for the breakfast : do not hesitate to change a little bit the options, we stayed for 10 days and I wish we had more choice of food - but still...

A 4 star hotel. Breakfast is simple, matraces are outdated. Staff and location are perfect. Parking is free of charge, there was allways enough places. Ayia Napa down town just 10 minutes walk. Nissi beach is 10 minutes by car, Cavo Greco national park inside blue lagoon is 15 minutes by car.

You need to check number of your room. From 001 to 015 you will have view on the wall of neibour building. Location is good. not city center but near to the excellent Pantachou beach. Breakfast was good. Service not good, Curly girl at reseption was Annoying. Pool was nice, bar at pool also, affordable prices, good taste.

our vacation was incredible. The location , rooms , hotel , staff are perfect. We were there for 15 days , and there’s no day that happened something bad that we can complain. The staff was very friendly and lovely to us , especially Anna , who’s in the reception , but also all the workers were so nice. The cleanliness was 10/10 , location is great - not far from the beach and no far from the centre...

The guesthouse was relatively clean and tidy.

It was a bit of a walk from the bus station and the old city centre but a very pleasant stay. The instructions to enter the building were a bit complicated and not quite correct but fortunately there was a lady on site to help us. We booked a night after our flight was delayed overnight and needed emergency accommodation. Were amazed at how clean and spacious it was. It was comfortable with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a huge balcony.

Structure sold as a hotel but then I found the surprise of an apartment inside a structure almost like a luxury residence but of a low standard
