The rooms we're clean the staff was great but the hotel should not be open this time of year the whole resort is shutdown we checked out early because of that

We have visited this hotel in 2023 and we loved it. To say it has gone down hill since then is an understatement, rooms are dated, falling apart and dirty. The pool area is tiny and the sunbeds are taken at 4am in the morning by older people who believe they can tell children not to splash. The staff however could not be friendlier and helpful with anything you needed especially the staff in the restaurant...

Lovely hotel- some good some bad. Booked with Jet2, on arrival to hotel they had no booking for us! Not what you need when you arrive after midnight and a long day travelling. Night reception put us in a room ( family of 3 with 2 beds) but this was quickly rectified in the morning by the reservations manager. Who did her best to ensure we were happy. Stayed here from 20th August for 2 weeks. Had a great room 4039 on the second floor overlooking the pool. Room size was great for the 3 of us and had plenty of storage. Room was cleaned and towels restocked everyday. Had to get up at 6am to get a lounger or you had no chance of sitting round the pool. You could get pool towels for free from reception. Our stay at Hotel Pefkos in Limassol was excellent and we highly recommend it. I just absolutely love this the place is just mesmerising and the beach is so nice. Everyone was extremely helpful especially the manager and all the staff. The only bad thing was that the pool had some cracks which didn’t quite disappoint me but I was informed that it would be renovated next year. ABSOLUTELY RECOMMEND IT!!

Beautiful hotel, stunning surroundings and clean sea, skilled Italian chef, all inclusive service is definitely worth it... The rooms are nice, but there was a space under the entrance door, thanks to which a tarantula got into our room! So I hope that was the reason and it didn't stay with us in the room for two days... And a big minus, if you are not Italian, for the animators and most of the staff...

I think that once this hotel was great, built with style, nice pools, near the beach...but unfortunately, it is not maintained and now, the only good thing is the pool area. Had to stay here 1 night as there was no availability at vassos nissi beach hotel that evening.........This is a 3 star hotel..at best, arrived to an unclean room, no towels, cobwebs everywhere no AC working...I had booked a pool view room... but it was more like a garden view room. They have a useful car park...but it's not lit to the hotel reception... which is upstairs... and there was no lift....

I had a wonderful stay at Fedrania! The property is beautiful, comfortable, and exceeded all my expectations. A special shoutout to the incredible night staff member Paul, who was just a calm man. My number 1 place to stay in Ayia Napa, it has been my 5th time staying here and this year the reception staff are incredible and I upgraded to the private pool room which I would strongly recommended!

The spa can be crowded on weekends. You may even have to stand in line. On Monday morning, the spa was noisily cleaning, but guests were still allowed in.

We arrived on 21March at 2am.We were warmly welcomed and accommodated immediately. The rooms are spacios.They are cleaned every day.Receptionists speak Greek,English and Bulgarian. They are very helpful and kind. The food in the restaurant is diverse.There are meat dishes as well as vegetarian ones.You could try all kinds of meat there.Desserts are also numerous.People from the restaurant and maintenance...

Booked a short 4 day trip and stayed here. I would never book a vibe hotel in high season but knew it would be ok out of season. I had seen other hotels with a higher rating but visually didn't like the look the rooms. I was actually really surprised at how clean and good the hotel was. I liked the hotel and the service. The receptionists were always ready to help. The location is great, and the staff is friendly. However, we had mold in the bathroom. They sent someone to remove it, but there was so much mold that it still smelled like mold. When the window was closed and the air conditioning was off, the smell was really bad.

My daughter and I stayed here for 5 days for a last-minute getaway . We had a deluxe double that wasn't very big. The pictures made the rooms look larger on the website when I booked. It was very clean though, and the bathroom was nice with the LED and the demister on the mirror a nice touch. Wow what a gem this hotel is! We stayed as was attending our friends wedding at a nearby hotel. Normally we wouldnt stay out of town but it was in a nice peaceful area , only 12-17 euro for a taxi if you wanted to go into the centre. I really liked this hotel, not just for its location—a quiet yet convenient spot, just a few hundred meters from the Church of St. Lazarus, surrounded by bustling shopping streets, and very close to the beach. Nicely appointed hotel in a good location not far from Finikoudes beach and St Lazarus church. Nice restaurant. Nice pool deck but unfortunately closed from Nov 1 - disappointing as no real alternative outside space. Staff very pleasant, courteous and helpful. But for pool deck issue would have given 5 stars.

I don’t think the hotel has lived up to the Indigo standards. It was not bad in terms of the design, but very small and basic, not the typical Indigo that I had expected. The breakfast was the same every day and was boring. The orange juice was clearly not freshly squeezed to me, but the staff insisted it was. The shower head was very dirty, please train the staff to pay attention to the small details...

It has been a big disappointment we expected more from a member hotel of IHG . The staff were almost 80% foreigner's without full qualification needed in hotel services . We very much enjoyed our stay here. The staff are friendly, the breakfast delicious, the facilities clean and the room, although a little small, was comfortable with a large balcony. The hotel is ten minutes walk from the centre of Larnaka, really in the heart of things.

Friendly staff, we had all inclusive,the food was always nice and they keep replenishing it. The water park its ideal if you have kids. There is also access to the sea from the hotel which is nice. Just back from a week at the Aquasol Village. We all had a great time and were lucky to get an inland view apartment approx 1min walk to bar and buffet and another minute to the water park. Very clean and staff worn hard the food is a real let down. As a really unfussy eater even I was pushed to find somthing I enjoyed. You could argue this was reflected in the price bit still the worst all inclusive I have had.

Couldn't of had to quarantine because of close contact to covid (didn't catch it myself but was in contact with someone who did) Shame I couldn't use the facilities but it was amazing. The best hotel in Nicosia. Reception is open 24*7 with very nice men welcoming you. Modern, beautifully decorated rooms, very spacious and full of natural light. We stayed many times in this hotel the last 5 years and the rooms were always spotlessly cleaned. The rooms are like small 1 bedroom flats, with a lounge-kitchen area plus a large bedroom and ensuite bathroom. Highly recommended

All staff are good and the breakfast was decent, room was clean and well equipped, although it does say you get a jacuzzi in the suite but you do not and the balcony is a little on the small side but overall a decent hotel.

It feels like the hotel is still under construction. There are beautiful rooms, but there's always something happening, something being built, something being expanded. The coastline is being fortified. It feels like the hotel is still searching for ideas to implement.

Amazing location. It has both an outdoor and indoor pool. The gym is sort of small for the size of the hotel but enough equipment for a decent workout. The bar prices are quite good actually, cheaper than most beach bars outside the hotel. There's easy and direct access (walking distance) to a small cove where you can swim and snorkel The views from the rooms with sea view are just amazing

Couldn't fault the attention to cleaning the hotel. Rooms are a good standard with huge bed. B&B stay so can't comment on the all inclusive food. You can upgrade to AI at the hotel but I recommend you go out. Breakfast was the usual choices. Hotel sits in a nice cove with access to the sea. Big swimming pool and lots of loungers. Modern recently built hotel with lavish lobby ,rooms were good size ,good air con, good wifi, good size bed and wardrobe space. Large adult pool and smaller child pool, with evening entertainment some nights, Buffet breakfast was good if lacking some bacon Very noisy connecting corridors to rooms, banging room doors from early morning , cleaning staff making a lot of noise early morning in corridors...

Very nice hotel with good facilities. Can be a little busy at breakfast & the kitchen struggle to keep up with demand at times. Thankfully we had a wonderful waitress - Nurcan - who looked after us and made sure we got what we needed.

Rooms were clean however we were given the smallest room despite we have 2 little babies. Overnight stay is 4000 tl including breakfast and dinner. It seems like a very good value however they dont even give you a water. Everything else is charges and expensive. You end up paying a lot more than other luxury resorts at the end of the day. I and my wife stayed at MC palace a couple weeks ago. This was my 2nd time and i have to say hotel really did exceeded my expectation once again. I thought the comforter in the room was made of Chinese herbal medicine, but it turns out it's a down comforter that's been washed a lot and the feathers are stiff. The beach environment is beautiful. I saw elderly foreigners doing exercises on the beach, and the music was very, very low.

the Hotel is just outside the center which is GOOD because center has so many road works i doubt if you get point to point if you take taxis. Room is spacious , tidy and neat. the hotel has Outdoor pool which is big, their Breakfast is SUPERB! and the hotel staffs from restaurant to receptions and housekeeping were just amazing and warm ,

This is our second visit and would return again. A little gem, in a convenient location close to the beach. Bus stop across the road for easy travel and a free car park. Breakfast is superb, rooms are spotless and staff are helpful and friendly.

It's quite far from Larnaca Airport, and the lack of Google Maps makes it inconvenient. Access is a bit tricky. The room size is just right, but the sheets have a slight cigarette smell. Breakfast is average.

Secure parking, very friendly staff, room clean and spot on! A bottle of wine in the room but sadly no cork screw! A lively hotel off the beaten track. I had a hire car to get around, not sure about local buses. The food was amazing! An enjoyable stay.
