Rooms are decent ,but could improve the cleaning and some repairs needed .the staff is good ,7 stars to Katalina . We had a great time at Crystal Springs. Food and staff and the hotel snd grounds were excellent. There was building nearby but the grounds are quite big and comfortable enough to escape any noise. And a quiet beach. Thoroughly like the atmosphere here.

This is a great little hotel, food is varied and really good. The staff are all very friendly and can't do enough to make your stay enjoyable. All staff are good and the breakfast was decent, room was clean and well equipped, although it does say you get a jacuzzi in the suite but you do not and the balcony is a little on the small side but overall a decent hotel.
