Service was bad. The sea is fabulous

The hotel grounds are spacious and offer a wide range of activities. The beach is beautiful and well-maintained, with no rocky areas. The restaurant and food are delicious. We only experienced a few issues with room service. Room cleaning needs some improvement.

The hotel is very clean and the staff is good. I recommend the hotel, which is natural and beautiful.

I have encountered the most inferior reception staff in the hotels I have ever stayed in. I will never stay there again unless I have to.

The location of the hotel is very good. The sea is crystal clear. Activities for children fill the whole day. The staff is friendly but the number of staff is not enough for the guests. The cleaning is of medium quality. The food is delicious and the varieties are sufficient. The aqua parks are sufficient for children.

They have clean rooms and beach is great but animations could be funnier. There’s nothing to do after 10pm.

There are no restaurants or supermarkets within 200 meters, but it's not far from the beach, a 10-20 minute walk. There are quite a few seafood restaurants by the sea, and they're quite tasteful. The breakfast at this place is pretty good, much better than what you'd find at a BW in the US.

It's a little small, but it's the only room we could manage for a family of three. It's not far from the airport and the business district, and it's very convenient for visiting the salt flats and mosques.

Where our room was situated meant that we had the very loud sounds of the bars along the strip every night. Most of the bars were karaoke or tribute acts with customers singing along so even with the balcony door shut you could hear it as if you were there!! Hotel is a cheap and cheerful hotel. Staff were spot on especially bar staff. Rooms were nothing special but done as a base for the week. Around the pool was chiled as we were a group of 18 with our own music. All inclusive drinks was okay but nothing special and food was okay but again nothing special. Just returned from a 14 night stay at Silver Sands, rooms adequate, but rather dated, shower access not too good as sloping tiles for drainage which tend to get rather slippery when wet. We stayed at Vuni Palace with my family and had a great experience! The service was excellent, and the views were beautiful. It's very close to Kyrenia Harbour and some nice *******. The food was also good. We’d love to come back in the summer!

The hotel is situated between an extremely busy, noisy motorway and another heavily trafficked road. My room faced a construction site and the motorway, which was loud 24/7. The room itself was very basic: two beds, and one cheap, small table with a single chair-hardly enough for two guests. The sockets for charging devices were so far from the bed that you’d need a very long cable to charge your phone...

We had a swim up room, a real little sun trap cone mid afternoon. Whilst this is classed as a vibe hotel it’s not overly loud or over run with younger guests. Overall, we were satisfied with our stay. The restaurant offered a good variety of food, everything was tasty, and the waiters were extremely kind. The hotel staff were very helpful and always ready to assist whenever we had any issues. However, in our opinion, the hotel feels more like a three-star property rather than a four-star one. The internet is very bad, it doesn't work in the rooms, there are frequent disconnections in the places where it works, but the view is nice.

Excellent location an facilities

Absolutely worth every penny! Five-star hotels are practically double the price of this place. The location is excellent, and besides the pool, there's a natural, very safe swimming area right on the beach outside, with crystal clear water where you can see the bottom. The quality of all three meals (breakfast, lunch, and dinner) is guaranteed, and the buffet is reasonably priced with plenty of indoor...

My flight was too late. The room was very clean and the view from the window was truly amazing. If time allowed, I would have loved to stay for several days.

On the whole a good stay! But a few points to note, until i arrived i did not know my room was in a separate building to the rest of the hotel cthe Olympic Wing was nice but a trek from the bar and breakfast. The room was huge and eas cleaned daily. However the aircon didnt work too well and the matress was very uncomfortable.

Decent Decent stay if you do no have any high expectations.

Property is outdated . Pool furniture needs replacing. Meals need to be revised. Only one thing changed on the menu daily .
