This is a lovely hotel, the sunbed allocation is good and worked well. The rooms are lovely with huge beds. Excellent location, right on the *****. The staff can't do enough for you. We have already booked for September next year.

The hotel is perfectly situated between the main street and the beach, giving us direct access to both. Our stay was very good and relaxing. The atmosphere is spacious and green. The main restaurant has a nice terrace looking at the sea and was great. Since we had full board, we enjoyed all the meals. The food was consistently very fresh and delicious, with plenty of choices. Our room was large, comfortable, and well-equipped, with a beautiful sea view. Cleanliness was outstanding. It was also very quiet. We had no noise and slept excellently. The service was fabulous. The entire staff was very friendly and helpful, the people at the front desk, the maids, and the chefs and waiters in the restaurants. We highly recommend the hotel. It offers good value for the price and quality. We will definitely be back!

This was our 4th visit to sunrise pearl hotel and spa and as always we’ve had the best time. The staff go above and beyond to welcome and look after you. Meals are gorgeous and the rooms are immediately clean with the most beautiful views of the sea. Thank you to all the staff for looking after us and making our holiday so restful. We will hopefully see you again next year!

FANTASTIC PLACE... Away on vaccation and feel lik you are at home with your familly. The staff in restaurants are outstanding, they make you feel so good and at home. I do not remember when i have had this good service where ever i have been traveling, and i travel a lot. For sure we will go back next year. Food selection, service, is fantastic and lives up to 5-Star

We stayed at the Sunrise Pearl on the night of our wedding, and it was a wonderful experience. The hotel was beautiful, the staff were kind and attentive, and everything felt truly special. The highlight of our stay was definitely the spa. The facilities were spotless and beautifully designed, creating the perfect relaxing atmosphere. The massage was exceptional — without a doubt one of the best we’ve ever had. The therapists were professional, skilled, and made us feel completely at ease. Highly recommend the Sunrise Pearl for anyone looking for a relaxing stay!

We have just returned for a week’s holiday at the Sunrise Pearl in Protaras. This is far by the best run hotel we have stayed in for many years. The staff couldn’t do enough for you from the minute we arrived to the time we left. Our room was immaculate and cleaned to a high standard each day. We booked on a half board basis and the restaurants were all very good, with excellent service. The pools were immaculate, with a separate pool for adults. Your sun beds were allocated to you on your first day for the duration of your stay. What a fabulous idea this is. No scrambling for a sun bed in the mornings like at other hotels!! The service around the pool area from the staff was amazing. The beach was only a few steps away which was another great plus to this hotel. Outside was a ***** of nightlife, bars and restaurants all within a few yards of the hotel. The local bus would take you into Ayia Napa for 2 euros. Ayia Napa was about 20 minutes away. A brilliant holiday at a hotel we will definitely return to.

A fantastic two week honeymoon in a beautiful country and amazing hotel. The staff were fantastic, from reception to room maids always laughing and bringing us chocolate bites at night. And the restaurant experience is stunning with a huge thanks to Sarlotka ( Charlotte) restaurant manager at the hotel Waterfall and other hotel restaurants - her charisma, well-coming and fantastic desire to talk and enjoy chatting was what makes this honeymoon special. This was our first visit to the sunrise pearl after it was recommended to us by friends. We travelled as a family of four, myself husband and two daughters 12 and 16. On booking we were given an inland view junior suit room, I was a little worried about what the view might be like but it was absolutely fine, we could even see the sea a little bit. The room was spacious, had the most comfortable beds ever! and had a sliding screen which gave our girls the privacy they needed. What can I say about the rest of this hotel, honestly I think this is one of the nicest places we have ever stayed, the highlights of it are…. Glass of bubbly on arrival, the nicest staff especially the amazing KiKi who served us every evening in the waterfall bar, she made our holiday so special, the allocated sunbeds (this is a game changer!) icy cold flannels and fresh fruit handed out daily while you relax on your sunbed, fantastic location right on the ***** and the beach, delicious food and the friendliest staff we have ever encountered. This hotel is going to be hard to beat, we very rarely stay at the same place twice but we are already considering staying here again next year as we just fell in love with it! After two years, we returned to this lovely hotel and loved every single day of our stay. From the warm welcome at reception to the friendly housekeeping staff and delicious meals at the restaurants, everyone made us feel right at home. A heartfelt thank you to Sarlota and Chef Vasilis for their wonderful hospitality — you truly made our stay special. We also met Chris, the Assistant Hotel Manager, during the Management Cocktail. He was incredibly helpful and assisted us with a few issues in such a professional and kind manner. We’ve already booked our next stay for September and can’t wait to be back. Highly recommended!
