Ok, this may not be your dream hotel or the most posh one you've ever visited. The rooms are small, the breakfast very basic and the views not the best. Overall though, this is an amazing opportunity to enjoy Kakopetria, right in its center, without going bankrupt. The prices are very affordable and the service polite and genuinely friendly. Just imagine that you can enjoy a Greek coffee on the porch for just one euro!

Excellent Stay! Highly Recommend!
We had a wonderful time at this hotel. The price was very affordable, and despite that, the owner was extremely hospitable and kind. He helped us with all our questions and even recommended a great restaurant for dinner.
Our room was very clean and freshly renovated, which made our stay even more comfortable. We stayed on the fourth floor, and the view from our balcony was absolutely breathtaking — we could see the entire village from above.
We will definitely come back here again! I highly recommend this place to everyone.

Very bad experience. The owner was very rude. Our door had a problem and we had a hard time unlocking it, we told the owner about it and he came to open it with an attitude and complained. The electricity went out 3 times in less than 24 hours. They would come in the room without permission and touch personal stuff and change their place. All the complains that were made to the owner he said he can't do anything about it, and he didn't really care.

Owner is extremely rude and controlling. Service is terrible. Room service goes into your room without your permission even while you are inside and without knocking. Breakfast is bad. Rooms are smelly. Do not recommend. Plenty of other better hotles nearby for the same price

they came to clean without asking (we got here not even 24 hours before, we haven't been here for days or anything) while we were out and I had a towel wrapped around some of my things, the towel was in my bag, they opened it put the things on the desk and then they put the towel on a totally different place. Also the in the bag I had my wallet because I didn't know they were going to clean and now I don't know if maybe they stole my info from my cards. The heater was not working, there was no hot water, the electricity stopped (once it stopped when we tried to open the air condition because we didn't have a heater and it was cold) three times each time for almost an hour and also rude service.

an old-fashioned hotel, in the good sense of the word, for a large number of people. We are in the off-season, almost no one is there. Dear owner, delicious breakfast, very clean.

Nice hotel, perfect location. Relaxed atmosphere - Mr Andreas, his uncle and Staff, (Chambermaid - Waiters and barman friendly, helpful. Overall Exceptional Service. Food very good, home taste, (breakfast, lunch and dinner). For sure we will see you again !!! Thank you.

The rooms were awful I asked for 2 separate beds for me and my friend and gave us one big bed. The staff didn't help me at all

Completely run down. Appears as if nothing has been renovated since decades. Huge scratches envarved in furniture, horrible beds, defintely not a 3star as advertised - not even two star, linnen with holes, old beds, definitely not worth the 60 Euro. Not at all recommended.
