Hotel is near the central square area not the seafront but still convenient if you have a car.
For a few euros extra its worth booking a room with balcony with seaview.
Lovely traditional stone floor lobby with lounge overlooking the bay.

highly recommend this hotel. Their customer service is second to none. The product quality is consistently outstanding, exceeding my expectations every time. I was completely impressed with their professionalism and customer service. There is a private but limited parking free of charge and a rich breakfast with a superb view

Clean, friendly hotel
I enjoyed staying at this hotel. The staff are friendly and helpful. I had my laundry done and they did an excellent job and it was finished very quickly. They do provide filtered water, as the sink water is not for drinking. This hotel is close to the old city, but not to beaches and the archaeological park.

Overall a nice little hotel
We had a good stay. The room was spoilt by a step up to the bathroom which we kept stubbing our toes on. The bed was acceptable but we would not want to spend more than a night on it. The breakfast was very good indeed. We paid extra for a sea and city view which was well worth it.

The room was clean and well equipped, including a fridge. Our room had a beautiful ocean view. The AC in our room worked beautifully.
Common areas do not have AC, but there was no need, bc the windows were wide open and the breeze was wonderful. Staff was very nice and we were given bottles of water when we checked in.
There are a few steps down to get to the hotel, (which has been renovated.). Will stay here again. Taxi is about 30 euro to the airport

We left raving enthusiastically about this hotel: with an unparalleled view over Paphos, fabulous breakfast, lovely balconies for spotlessly clean rooms, warm and helpful staff, we will come here again as soon as possible! The reasonable price makes the short bus ride to the harbour no problem at all. The elegant restaurant "Muse" is next door. We recommend this hotel to everyone!

I loved my time in paphos, and waking up to start my day and relaxing in the evening at the Axiothea hotel made my holiday even more enjoyable - and everything i could of ask for - thankyou john -

If you stay here, you absolutely must choose a sea view room. Because the hotel is located on a slope, you have to climb many steps to reach it (if you have a lot of luggage, this is worth considering). But I don't complain, as it allows you to enjoy the stunning sunset from the slope. If you choose a room on the other side, without a sea view, you'll probably be frustrated after climbing the stairs until you're almost lost. Look at my photos. My balcony faces west, so you don't need to go anywhere before sunset; just stay on the balcony and watch the sun sink into the horizon. It's worth the climb.

The amenities were plentiful. They included a liter of water, slippers, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and soap, which was very convenient. I was also happy to find a refrigerator and tissues. The air conditioning was also functional. The bus stop is within walking distance.

Excellent stay!!! Much more than a 2 star hotel. Very friendly stuff. Spacious room. We got a free upgrade to a sea side view room. Really enjoyed our stay. We will definitely be back. Thank you Axiothea!!!
