The Delphi Hotel is a very good hotel with great service. The rooms are nice and there’s a beautiful view from the room. However, the room I stayed in didn’t have a fridge, which seems a bit silly to me. You’re in a country where summer temperatures reach 41°C and above, so you’d expect a fridge in the room. The air conditioning worked well and the bathroom was good, but since there was no fridge, every morning I had to go downstairs to find a place to eat, and then come back up. This was inconvenient on days when I just wanted to stay in, sleep longer, or simply relax in the room. The hotel is close to a bus stop, in case you want to go to Larnaca, Agia Napa, Paphos, or anywhere else. Fortunately, there are also plenty of places to eat near the hotel. It also doesn't have an elevator, personally I had no problem.

The hotel have very polite staff and neat and clean rooms and have good facilities and very good price.

I did no lt stay in this place. Only used their luggage storegae service.

Paid 5euros per luggage bag, so I can do sight seeing Nicosia easier.

Right next to the bus station. Friendly staff.

Quaint hotel near Ledras street for shopping and border crossing. Right next to the new park and the bus station. The staff was very friendly. Only problem was trying to keep electronics charged since there was only one outlet.

Good choice for Nicosia
Nice location near the museums and an easy walk to the border crossing.

It's right next to the bus station and right in the center of the city. While most of the hotels are unstaffed apartments, the hotel is a bargain at around 8,000 yen per night. However, the rooms are small.

The location is perfect...literally a few steps from the bus station, and close to all the main sites of the city and Ledra Street crossing etc.
The staff were very good; professional and friendly.
The room was cleaned properly. It is an older building so don't expect anything fancy. While the room is small, it is comfortable, and the heater works very well. The toilet/shower area is very small, but manageable. There is a small fridge too. And they serviced the room.
The only negatives for me are the fact that smoking is allowed in the hotel, so the room smelled of stale smoke, the WiFi was too slow at times to stream video, and it's quite expensive for the type of room (although I'm guessing Nicosia is expensive in general for rooms).
I still recommend the hotel, and had a good stay there.

Staff very engaged and helpful. Great location for airport bus and buses to Paphos, Limassol and Larnaca.

Tiny room saturated with smells of smoke and old dump wood: closets have never been renovated probably since the building was built. Definitely not painted, look stained and unclean. Old metal rusty bed like from 19th century movies, flat hard thin mattress. Pillows, thin and flat, packed in hard plastic bags. Unplugged small fridge is into your nose when you are in bed. Windows would not shut completely, and there are parties and concerts on the street. I landed there at 10 pm, tried to make it work, and at 11 PM I packed my stuff and went out to look for a taxi to a real hotel. Delphi is not really a hotel, the taxi driver told me, it has other uses. House of horrors place, can't believe something like this can be advertised on ******* and Booking in 2024.
