Description
Delphi Hotel in Nicosia is a modest one-star hotel offering a range of room types including standard singles, doubles, triples, and quadruples, with some featuring balconies. The building dates back several decades, reflected in its older furniture and layout, but rooms are generally clean and equipped with basic amenities such as air conditioning, heating, WiFi, and a bar on-site. Guests appreciate the friendly, helpful staff and daily housekeeping service. While some rooms have small bathrooms and limited power outlets, the hotel provides luggage storage and currency exchange, plus a 24-hour front desk. The presence of air conditioning is important given the Cypriot summers, although not all rooms have in-room fridges, which some travelers found inconvenient. The hotel lacks an elevator, so expect to climb stairs for upper floors. Overall, Delphi offers budget accommodations close to city attractions, though it is not a luxury property and some guests mention noise and dated room features.
Location
Delphi Hotel sits centrally at Kostaki Pantelidi 24 in Nicosia, just steps from the main city bus station, making it easy to catch routes to Larnaca, Agia Napa, Paphos, and other destinations. The hotel is about 8 kilometers from Nicosia International Airport (NIC). Nearby landmarks include Ledra Street for shopping and the border crossing to the north. Several restaurants within 100 meters offer a variety of cuisines, such as PERASMA - RIGENIS (42 m, rating 8/10) and the highly rated Το σπίτι του εθνοφρουρού (83 m, rating 10/10). The location places you close to museums and the new park, providing options for dining and sightseeing within walking distance.

Reviews
Paid 5euros per luggage bag, so I can do sight seeing Nicosia easier.
Right next to the bus station. Friendly staff.
Nice location near the museums and an easy walk to the border crossing.
The staff were very good; professional and friendly.
The room was cleaned properly. It is an older building so don't expect anything fancy. While the room is small, it is comfortable, and the heater works very well. The toilet/shower area is very small, but manageable. There is a small fridge too. And they serviced the room.
The only negatives for me are the fact that smoking is allowed in the hotel, so the room smelled of stale smoke, the WiFi was too slow at times to stream video, and it's quite expensive for the type of room (although I'm guessing Nicosia is expensive in general for rooms).
I still recommend the hotel, and had a good stay there.
Staff very engaged and helpful. Great location for airport bus and buses to Paphos, Limassol and Larnaca.
Located central to town , Bus station 1 min walk.
