Great hotel!! Very clean, very welcoming staff (Simon) so happy they had toiletries no need to bring extra. The breakfast buffet was amazing!!! I highly recommend this hotel. Very convenient location too.

Fantastic run hotel mathew and his staff are excellent, reception , and resteraunt staff 5 *, clean & tidy room comfy bed , with tea & coffee facilities in the room, nice little bar area , 10 -15 mins to the river and charles bridge , prague is amazing the architecture and transport system is second to none , rally purs the uk to shame ! ,the Czhc people are really nice people helpful and friendly . + very friendly staff + Good breakfast + Huge bedrooms for both us and kids. The whole room must have been 60m2 or so + Good pricing, 4 nights, 4 persons, 4 breakfasts for 528€ (+city tax) + Good location. Even Charles bridge is reachable by foot, and tram stations are near by. + Tesco to buy groceries maybe 400m from the hotel - Even if It is a 100 y old building there is hardly any sound insulation. You can here too much (walking, stomping, talking, yelling) from other rooms and if you happen to be on the wrong side of the building carbage truck wakes you up (for a short period) 5.30 am -worn out rooms with really old whole floor carpets - at 8 am breakfast is ok but 9am it's overcrowdwd and cos there's only one single coffee machine you have to wate ages just to get a cup of coffee. - stopper of the main door was installed in a crazy place in the middle of the corridor so going to the toilet in the middle of the night was somewhat risky Overall for the price we paid would recommend.

Even though it's a bit of a walk to the Old Town, I appreciated the quiet location, light traffic and no hordes of tourists. The walk to the Old Town, however, is doable and people who don't like to walk can take a tram. All staff members were polite and helpful. I don't think I ever walked in without being greeted with a smile. Breakfast was good and varied. The day I left (before dawn) I was given a breakfast box without having to ask for one. A nice surprise.
