First of all, I should say thank you to the reception staff for allowing me to check in earlier than 15:00. Everything was perfect. The room was super clean, and all the staff were really friendly. The breakfast was good enough. The location was also great — quiet and close to the tram stations. I can strongly recommend this hotel. I really enjoyed my stay here.

Extremely disappointing and misleading experience.
We booked this place via Airbnb, where it was clearly listed as pet-friendly with no pet fee mentioned anywhere. Upon arrival, we were told that the hotel does not accept dogs and were suddenly asked to pay an extra 500 CZK per night. Only after we mentioned contacting Airbnb did the management change their stance and allow us to stay without paying extra. However, during checkout, they again tried to charge us the pet fee.

The listing also advertised a fridge, but the room only had a hotel-style minibar that we were not allowed to use.

The whole situation was unprofessional, inconsistent, and far below acceptable hospitality standards. The listing was misleading, and the staff’s attitude caused unnecessary stress and frustration. Not recommended – the information provided online does not match reality.

I stayed as a guest at your property and also interacted as an Airbnb host. Updating the pet policy on the Airbnb portal is just a couple of click and you had changed it so your reply is simply not accurate. Please see screenshots underneath - one taken when we arrived - the other one today. I understand your account may have been closed following a complaint or possibly due to multiple concerns raised regarding your service.

25-30min to the old centre by tram. The breakfast was super good, with various things, the room were nice. Even if u dont have a parking place, you can park on the street, but u ll need to pay 1.5€/ day by an app.

Hotel Aida, Prague
This is a good hotel located about a kilometre and a half from a metro station, in an unhotel-like residential area of Prague. I had booked a single room as I was transiting the city and my stay was only one night. The single room was quite spacious with a comfortable bed and a nice bathroom. They provided amenities including electric kettle and TV. The staff were nice and accommodative. As I had to checkout early I requested for an early start of breakfast which was duly complied with. And it was not a packed breakfast. They provided a full buffet in the restaurant before their usual start time.
Nice staff, good breakfast, and comfortable stay.
I was put up in room number 307.
Recommended.

This was my first visit. According to available information, the hotel has been recently renovated, which is definitely visible in the furnishings and shared areas.
The reception staff was very kind and pleasant.
The blackout curtains were great you can completely darken the room, which is a big plus if you like that.
Breakfast was sufficient considering the price and what's typically available in this location. The only thing I missed was some fresh salmon or other types of fish. :)
There are trams and a metro station nearby, so getting to the city center is easy. It takes about 20–25 minutes to reach the very center.

Parking is available on the street (paid on weekdays from 8:00 to 20:00) or in the courtyard for an extra fee.
However, the entrance to the courtyard is very narrow, as is the courtyard itself. I would recommend parking on the street if you have a larger car or are a less experienced driver.
The neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful, which you will definitely appreciate if you enjoy a calm atmosphere.

Unfortunately, the soundproofing of the rooms from the hallway is non-existent, so you can hear every door closing in the corridor as if it were right in your room.
I recommend closing the room door theoretically, it might help.
We didn’t try it though, as we only stayed for one night. :)

Thank you, and I’d be happy to return here during a future visit to Prague.

Stayed in Room 113 (family room). The room was clean and of reasonable size. Staff at the front desk were always available and helpful. Breakfast was decent. Location is a bit far from the city center (about 35 minutes by tram plus a short walk), but the price reflects that. Overall, good value for money.

Clean, modern, quiet, friendly staff, fresh and tasty breakfast, good and reliable internet connection, close to Metro station, safe neighbourhood, small issues with setting up the air con (but we did not ask for help and was ok like that)

Breakfast was ok. Airco wasnt working. There was no safety box. The room was small. We had to carry all our luggage three stores down. The elevator was under construction the day we left. The entrance to the parking was very small. The way to the tram was up or with stairs

Lovely staff, quick check in. Rooms basic and clean. The quilts and pillows tho, so comfortable. We knew the hotel was quite far from anywhere but we walked into town (1.15hrs) and used bolt for taxis which was very cheap. A half hour drive to the airport was £13. Overall a lovely stay. Thanks
