The location is closed to Mustek subway station just about 50 meter into stairway down to the station. Accross the road there are many reastaurant, behind the hotel a coffee shop, 20 meter aside Kentucky fc. About 200 meters walk therea a museum and Mc D. discounted clothes shop just walking about 100 meters. Its really located in a tourist area.

Location was perfect but Hotel servies was not good even in my no bottle of water and we had 3 night stayed but no water no coffe refiel and another things we came maybe arround 10 pm and there was no Reception person in hotel and for a room key we had go another Hotel . Feelings not satisfyed but Location is perfect 👌

This hotel was a pleasant place to stay in. It was in a good location, the rooms were immaculately clean, the room was not small ans poky, but it was not huge either, it was adequate. It came with a kettle although when we asked for tea to be left to use the kettle we only got enough for a few cups, then we got tired of asking for tea and none coming so we ended up buying tea. We also asked for more towels to avail ourselves of the big bath at the end of a long day sightseeing, but we had to keep asking and it didn't always reach the housekeeping or they ignored it. We also found trying to get any soap from the dispensers hard work, not a lot came out no matter how much we pushed and pushed the button. We had a front room which overlooked the street and adjacent from our hotel and our room was a nightclub that started up around 12.00 at night and went into the wee hours, like 3.30, not conducive to a good night's sleep. Would we stay here again, possibly, but we'd bring our own tea, ask for towels every time, and bring our own body wash.nand we'd ask for a room at the back. 😁

Great location on Wenceslas Square but a bit tricky to find to start with. You have to go to another EA hotel nearby to get the key. Not obvious.
Staff were helpful, room was spacious and clean.
Wenceslas Square is noisy with bars and people plus there is currently heavy building work going on outside in the square. Very noisy and a struggle to sleep even with ear plugs unfortunately. The building work will finish one day but the noise from the bars will no doubt continue. Maybe OK for anyone who can sleep well in any circumstance. Great location.

Hotel is really beautiful and in a good location to explore Prague by foot. Beautiful rooms, friendly staff and moderate prices. Unfortunately breakfast wasn’t as good as expected, which was our only negative experience with this hotel.

The staff at the reception is very friendly and polite as one would expect from a professional Hotel service. We rented a parking space downstairs in the Hotel garage (quite expensive around 35€ a day) which is very small but fortunately they still had free spots available when we checked in. Our room was unfortunately right in the hallway where the elevators are, hence we were able to hear the sounds from the elevator as well as other guests that would talk while waiting for the elevator. Also, the doors are quite thin and furniture rather old. But for young people that come for a weekend and are mainly in the hotel to sleep, it's good.
