Yes staff was good great connection to all major spots.

Breakfast was excellent, room was comfortable, warm and clean. Location is excellent and easy to catch tram to city center. Service is above and beyond excellent. Parking is plentiful and secured. Very quiet and first choice in Prague

Nice hotel,clean and quiet.

Nice and clean, good restaurants and interesting places nearby. Easy to get to downtown Prague, just have to figure out the easy to use, cheap, clean and safe Tram.

The rooms are small and the prices fluctuate too much. The cleanliness is okay, but the carpet doesn't feel nice. Parking is inconvenient.
