I booked a triple room, but after check-in I found it too small (38 square meters), so I asked for an upgrade. The front desk patiently helped me check several rooms, and I finally chose a square room of about 60 square meters, which was very comfortable. The hotel location is good. Around 7-10 minutes walking from central station. However, the road was made with stones and very hard to walk with luggages. Even 7 minutes walking was very hard and tiring. The hotel service is nice, and room is clean. The breakfast is superb with many options.

It could have been better for a 5* hotel. It was clean but not spotlessly clean. Comfortable beds but not super comfy. The window was not closing well and it could be easily violated. The hotel located near tourist attractions in Prague. Staff as so friendly and helpful. Room was excellent and luxurious. Spa and facilities are not to the level of Mandarin Oriental expectations. The room TV is small and far from the bed. Room temperature was a little cold and no heater at the room, air conditioning though didn’t do enough to warm up the room.
