Boutique Hotel BOOKQUET in Prague

This hotel is a scam. Whoever rated this hotel at 5 stars was probably joking and they took it for real.

We booked two rooms the same size, we showed them the screenshots of the rooms we booked and the square foot description of both rooms and they said there is nothing they can do. Ours was decent and somewhat like in the pictures, but our friends couldn't even move around the bed! Our bathroom was meant for disabled people, if you weren't careful, you could hit your head on the metal bars of the shower, and while showering it was really "pleasant" to have those courtains stick to your body. Total disaster!

Their description of the rooms isn't accurate, they scam tourists with pictures from rooms they find convenient but that is not what you get. The bathrooms were smelly, with those small water worms coming out of the drain, there were no slippers, their idea of making the room is adjusting the duvet (we make our own beds, thank you very much) and emptying the trash, no vacuuming for the whole four days, no towels or new toiletries, nothing included in the mini bar, not even water with the excuse that their tap water is drinkable.

Breakfast was unacceptable for a 5 star hotel. We asked for an omelet the first morning and we got a soggy oily mess, the rest was cheeses, meats, pancakes, and an array of baked stuff. They at least had fresh fruit.

Beware that you have to pay a 150€ deposit upon arrival which they mention nothing about beforehand and you have to wait at the end to get your money back after they go and check the rooms. Where in the world have you guys seen such a thing at a 5 star hotel!?

The only good things about this hotel are the location and their comfortable bed. They deserve a maximum 3 stars with indulgence...
