Overall exactly what you'd expect from a Radisson but for the price it was genuinely lacking.

- There was a decapitated bird outside of my window, which they did remove but it must have been there a while
- The sink and internal parts of the room were chipped and damaged
- The AC wasn't heating nor cooling. Only blowing room temperature.
- The towel warmer wasn't working
- The room was next to the cleaning room so there were cleaning supplies outside of the room door constantly and noises from early in the morning

Biggest plus was the shower, amazing water pressure.

This was one of my favorite hotels in Prague. The room had a beautiful view, including a rooftop view. The breakfast selection was extensive, and the service was excellent! The hotel's location was superb, making it very convenient, and the bedding was very comfortable!

Ok hotel but rooms are a bit dated. Items in our room's mini bar had already been opened which was strange. Location is ok but there are better places to stay in Prague. Probably would not stay here again

I am disappointed from this Hotel. The staff is noce and they try to help but my experience was very negative. it tool ages to process my check in : I arrived at midnight and there was no other people at check in desk: just me . Bur the process took so long! ‘nn Too long! Once in the room the hating was so noisy! same noise of an airplane when flying… awful! I called the reception to inform and they promptly came in my room to check the malfunctioning. They fixed the problem by switching off the heating. In the morning breakfast was below average: poor food quality, staff does not speak English! A terrible omlette! All and all: a very bad hotel experience. For the money I paid ~ 150 euros the room + 27 the breakfast I can find much much better in Prague!
