The hotel is in a very good location, close to the central station, which makes it very convenient for traveling around the city. The room was spacious and felt comfortable during the stay. The staff were also very nice and friendly, making the overall experience pleasant.

The hotel is veey beautiful and the staff are lovely. However, it is a bit old and by today's standards it is nowhere near a 5-star hotel. The breakfast is very simple as well. More like a beautiful, historic, 3-star hotel.

They even gave my husband a bottle of red wine and a birthday card on his birthday, which was very thoughtful! The room is quite small. The price I booked a month in advance was over 2700 yuan. I checked again on the day and it was only 1700 yuan. The hotel front desk refused to refund me. Finally, I asked Ctrip to make up the difference for me. I felt that the hotel took advantage of me. The hotel is in a good location, right next to Prague Square and the breakfast is good.

The location is near the Old Town Square, which is very convenient for travel. In winter, the radiator is used for heating, and there are double-layer windows, which is very comfortable.

When we arrived, we were shocked by the wellness hotel, and then we had to pay extra for entry to the wellness area. We had a coffee and a Strudel outside on the terrace. Service was pleasant, and the Strudel very nice. One comment though: like quite many east European luxury hotels, staff were not trained enough to radiate cheerfulness and helpfulness.

Here's a tip for visitors to the region who want a little bit of the "Spa Experience" but can't afford to stay at the wonderful Nove Lazne... The location is excellent, directly opposite the Prague train station. The room was incredibly spacious, the biggest I've stayed in during this Europe trip, and well-equipped, even with disposable slippers 🫶. My only suggestion is that the short staircase at the hotel entrance is quite narrow. A ramp would be much better for luggage.
