This hotel is amazing. Together with my Fiance we stayed two nights with breakfast. The dining space is not large but it's sufficient. You can order waffles to be made just for you. Rooms are clean, and have their own AC. The only problem with this hotel are the elevators. They are slow and sometimes only 2 out of the 3 work. Also if you stand nearby the elevator doors the elevator won't move, so that limits the capacity of them. The hotel is near the big shopping mall, and has good Bus/Undergorund connections. The beds are very durable 😏

We were three in the rooms and we were way to cramped and no space for luggage. The service was good and delicious (aswell as the cleaning of the room). The location was ok.

This hotel has been a terrible experience since arrival.
When we checked in, I requested a double bed (no, two single beds pushed together). We paid, they gave us the key, and when we got to the room, we saw that they had given us two single beds. I went down to complain, and the response was that double beds are more expensive (but that's what I requested from the beginning). Either they don't understand English or they don't know how to work.
The next morning, Emile (at Reception) was rude and discourteous. Daniil, also at reception, when I complained that they asked us to finish breakfast when we had only been eating for 15 minutes (no one informed us the night before that it ends at 10 am), when the correct thing to do is ask the guest if they would like anything else but let them finish their coffee calmly, insisted that it is the guest's "duty" to ask everything (when the hotel should inform them of this at check-in). Finally, I ended my complaint, but they both continued to shout things at me as I headed to the elevator.
This whole experience was very unpleasant!
It's regrettable that a company hires staff who don't know how to deal with the public!

Really really bad service. Have been calling the reception from my room many times and no answer even there’s no customers below. Bad arrangements for beds and sheets. No tea bags/ instant tea at room. Bed side table not clean properly. Corridor way a bit too dark not. Stains on carpets. The guy handling the bar not properly train and accommodating. Will definitely not suggest anyone to stay here.

I booked a night at this hotel, but the room was not what I expected — the carpet was old and dirty. The bathroom could be better cleaned.

On top of that, during breakfast we were told not to steal food because there were cameras watching us. 🤣🤣 There was even a lady monitoring how much we ate and commenting on leftovers.
(Nobody tried to take nothing anyway)

Moreover, at 10:30 — even though check-out was at 11:00 — a housekeeper entered our room without knocking or saying anything.

The hotel elevator is really uncomfortable hotel also waiting in line should run and climb the Eiffel Tower as the breakfast period. Please use another hotel

Well the reason why i stayed at this hotel was because of wyd in poland and this was one of the hotels that were chosen by those who coordinated the trip. But with that said the staff was really hospitable and treated us with patience and the food was quite good. I would go there again on another pilgrimage stay!

Restauranten var ok og betjeningen var næsten for ivrige med at fjerne brugt service og bestik.

Pros:
Rooms are clean. Have Air conditioner, TV, small drawers and small closet. Bathroom have Hairdryer, water glasses, towels are changed every day.
Beds are comfortable with comfortable pillows.
Breakfast is good, with coffee,milk, yogurt, juices.
Staff is nice and helpful.

Cons:
Because of building design you can't open the window so for the fresh air you must open the door. (Air conditioner doesn't bring fresh outside air)
There is no refrigerator.

Location: It's 9 km from city center but it doesn't matter because Metro works perfectly. Hotel is 10 min away from Metro station (metro needs 6 min to city center) and is 5 min away from bus station.
