Iris Hotel in Prague

Location: Great, lively area with a mall and tram station just a few meters away. The hotel is next to a football stadium.
Parking: Generally fine, but it can be confusing on match days.
Check-in: Officially at 3 PM and strictly followed. Since everyone checks in at the same time, queues can be long. Can be organized better.
Breakfast: Good with plenty of variety.
Staff: Friendly and communicative.
Other: Professional massage is available on the first floor and is quite good.
Overall: Great stay on non-match days and still a good option on match days.

We stayed at Iris Hotel Eden for three days with our child, and overall we had a very pleasant experience.
The hotel is located inside a stadium, which is quite unusual and makes the stay feel unique. We had a full triple room that was warm, clean, spacious, and comfortable. The beds were very comfortable, and we especially appreciated having two pillow options (a large and a medium one), which made sleeping even better.
Despite the busy road outside, the room was very quiet and peaceful. The windows are very well insulated. The room was equipped with a coffee machine and capsules, as well as tea-making facilities with a selection of tea bags. The bathroom had a shower cabin and all the necessary amenities.
There was a slight damp smell coming from the air conditioner, but after ventilating the room by opening the window, it disappeared. It seems that the air conditioning filters may need replacement.
Breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of hot dishes, salads, snacks, dairy products, fresh vegetables, and fruits. Tea, coffee, and juices were also available.
The service at the reception and in the restaurant was friendly and welcoming, which made our stay even more enjoyable.
The hotel is conveniently located, with easy access to the center of Prague (about 15–20 minutes). There are several tram stops nearby with different tram lines, making transportation around the city very simple and convenient.
The price-to-quality ratio is perfect. We are happy to recommend this hotel and would gladly stay here again)))

A surprisingly good experience.
We stayed for 2 nights and enjoyed our time. Close enough by car to the city centre, clean rooms with basic amenities, walking distance to the shopping mall, free outside parking and the buffet breakfast was simple but good quality and all you need to start your day. The bar space was also nice to enjoy after a day of exploring. The personal touches of postcards in the room and a magnet at check out was also appreciated.

The hotel service is warm, the hygiene is clean and tidy, the room is warm and spacious, the hotel is in a great location, the room cleaning staff is also very kind, the front desk girl is also very enthusiastic, the room price is also very affordable, cost-effective! I got not only a comfortable and pleasant stay experience, but also the hustle and bustle of life. This is my evaluation of this hotel.

Convenient parking, the hotel is relatively new, a lot of service attitude, especially the breakfast waiter is very courteous ah, hot shower is very comfortable, water pressure is excellent, next door is a large supermarket!
