Prague Season in Prague

Well we were disappointed 😓 We stayed there for 5 days in December and the hotel is definitely not 4 stars, more like 3.

-Cons-
❌ They never changed the bedsheets for these 5 days and they were covered in black lint. Same with the bathroom sink. Also they never cleaned the room floor, just took the garbage out
❌ Bathroom towels seemed clean; they were changed 3 times during our 5-day stay, but only because we requested it
❌ The room was much smaller than the photos and instead of a double bed, there were two single beds with the mattresses and sheets pushed together
❌ There was no phone, fridge or hotel slippers
❌ Poor soundproofing, we could hear outside of our door
❌ The elevator was a bit old and didn't work once
❌ The hotel is split into two parts with a parking lot in between, so guests have to cross it, which is a bit dangerous, cause you have no good visual
❌ The hotel room door didn't lock and the room had no electricity when you left (you can't leave devices charging) because it only worked with the key card
❌ The hotel staff didn’t speak English and were a bit indifferent. The receptionist spoke a little, but made no effort to genuinely assist. Just smiling is not enough for costumer service

-Pros-
✨ Breakfast was just okay

✨The bathroom had a well-heated radiator that quickly warmed up the room, mostly because it was so small

✨Convenient location, close to public transport

✨Very clever to have just one soap at the sink and one in the shower, suitable for hands, hair, and body

✨The room seemed renovated, with a nice double window

✨The street was quiet at night, we slept just fine

The Hotel is fine. However 4 star rating is apparently deceptive. The hotel offers you good rooms ( though without AC) , a modest breakfast...apart from this it has no amenities usually available in 4 star hotels and apparently its administration is not even trying to add to any amenities..
