Had an event in the hotel, thus stayed here for a week. It may not be a good location for tourist spots. For energy saving, you have to turn on the lights in the corridor at night.

Except the hotel location, I like the hotel. Got a good Breakfast included in the Hotel booking. Did Sauna (only 1 was working) and Swimming in just 8€/Hr. Steam bath and Hot spring bath was not in service also. Overall, stay was value for money.

Amazing hotel by all standards. Location is very great. 3 mins walk to metro station. The staff really take care of you and make sure they make your stay comfortable. Rooms are cleaned every single day and you’re given fresh towels. Absolutely amazing hotel and I will be returning.

I expected much more from NH Hotel. You come to the room and find a 20 year old TV without Smart functions, smudges on the walls, cleaning ladies are sitting on the floor in the hallway and being on the phone instead of cleaning. The room was nice, but the breakfast was average. There were a lot of group guests. If there was a concert, the room would probably be full because there were so many people at breakfast and you had to wait in line to get your food.

The hotel up on the hill is the one to go while in Prague. It is very convenient to travel with tram and metro around to all the sightseeing places without being in the city center with all the tourists and loud noises. The rooms are fantastic, pool and wjitlpoolwith a sauna is a plus

The hotel isn't in the old town, so it's very quiet. It's right next to a metro station, which makes getting to the old town super easy. There's also a shopping mall right by the hotel with a supermarket and a food court, which is really convenient.

Too cold! The air conditioning does not work in winter; for heating there is only one small radiator at the window , and you cannot set the temperature higher than 19 degrees.

Caught the Thanksgiving rush, the hotel was buzzing with activity.

This hotel is super convenient, really close to the nearest station and just a short metro ride to the old town. The building itself is a bit old, but it's kept very clean. Breakfast is fantastic and really generous – you can even have wine in the morning!

I think this is the best hotel in Prague. They gave us a bottle of wine each as a gift upon check-in. They gave us a magnet upon check-out. The breakfast menu is diverse. Parking fees are charged separately. It is an underground parking lot. There is also a supermarket across the street. I will come again next time.

I have stayed at this hotel several times, and it has a grea staff, great facilities (pool, fitness, etc.), a stylish lounge, and probably one of the best breakfasts in Prague. The only downside is the exterior, which could use some renovation — inside, everything is renovated.

The view was great because it was on a high floor, and the food was buffet style with a wide variety of options. The accommodation fee was also reasonable, so I was very satisfied.

The elevator is narrow and small for the size of the hotel.

Breakfast was superb and rooms are fine when you are alone. Entering the toilet and shower through wooden door is like entering a wardrobe. When in use, the gap between two leaves makes you feel rather uncomfortable therefore it is much better to have a single room. Easy to go old town and castle from hotel with tram

The breakfast was good, and the hotel also provided a kettle, which was really important! It's also a short walk to Primark for shopping. I'd definitely recommend it, though breakfast starting at 7 AM was a bit too late. 🥹

Very good location (really near the old town), the staff helped me with early check in as well, and also offered me a luggage storage on my last day before i go home. Very recommended.

The hotel sheets had quite a bit of hair on them, making me question the cleanliness. The bathroom waterproofing was also poorly done, and the pictures in the hallway were a bit creepy and unsettling. On the plus side, it's close to the Powder Tower and the train station.

Hotel is located the near by arena O2. This is not in downtown. 100 meters from hotel is bus, tram and underground station. It’s meant very easy mass transport to downtown. The rooms are spacious and clean. The breakfast is good. It was a little bit cold when the weather outside was about -5 degrees. And you might find safe too small. A4 sized documents won't fit into it.

One of the best stay in hotels in the area. Has amazing breakfast and restaurant. Open, dark and cozy lounge with adjacent pool table and gaming area. Service is smashing, and easy access to the rest of Prague . Solid 10's across the board.
