Reviews
The location is unbeatable: right next to the metro and tram stations, within easy walking distance of the city center, and surrounded by great coffee shops and supermarkets. On top of that, the ladies at the front desk were incredibly kind and helpful, making us feel truly welcome from the moment we arrived. We loved every moment of our stay. Thank you for the wonderful experience!
Apartment was 10 min walk to Wenlass Square and 20 min walk to Old Town.
Room was facing street outside which could be quite noisy but that was only downside.
Staff on reception were perfect. Polite and friendly and helpful.
Would recommend
The apartment is amazing.
I could live in it.
Sasha was great on check in but talks very fast & hard to catch everything - a lot of info to take in at check-in.
Apartment was incredibly warm & very well & modern decorated & large.
There is a lift.
There are a few niggles.
The bath does not have a plug so one cannot have a bath which my partner likes. The bathtub is very high to step into with no handles so awkward for people with mobility issues. Water pressure & heat was fantastic. The shower gel was hard to get out so take your own with you. Towels were not fluffy & quite hard. They charge €5 to change towels during your stay which is a great idea environmentally.
Kitchen was great & comfortable. coffee mugs available which I like.
The big issue is the Futon bed in the bedroom - it was very hard to get out of as so low to the ground so my partner who struggled slept on the sofa/daybed in the sitting room. The Futon is hard mattress but I liked that. The Futon bed is not suitable for older guests & too hard to get out off. There are also sharp corners on it so I banged my calf/shin all the time. No bedside tables.
Yes the street is noisy but it is very central apartment to New Town & trams were brilliant. They have double glazing.
Another issue we had was that our taxi brought us to their hotel with the same name??? So we walked 1 or 2 streets to the apartments. I think 1 keycard cover with only the apartment address on it would help & not 3 addresses on key card cover.
Coffee Factory next door was out favourite cafe in Prague with a discount for apartment guests. The food was fantastic!!
Overall if they changed the bed we would stay again
- Nothing at all
