Amazing stay — highly recommended! We absolutely loved the apartment. It was sparkling clean, spacious, and so comfortable that I could easily have stayed for a month. It had all the necessary amenities, making it feel like a true home away from home.

The location is unbeatable: right next to the metro and tram stations, within easy walking distance of the city center, and surrounded by great coffee shops and supermarkets. On top of that, the ladies at the front desk were incredibly kind and helpful, making us feel truly welcome from the moment we arrived. We loved every moment of our stay. Thank you for the wonderful experience!

Had a lovely 2 night stay here. Room was really big with a small kitchen area. Clean.
Apartment was 10 min walk to Wenlass Square and 20 min walk to Old Town.
Room was facing street outside which could be quite noisy but that was only downside.
Staff on reception were perfect. Polite and friendly and helpful.

Thank you for the free upgrade.
The apartment is amazing.
I could live in it.
Sasha was great on check in but talks very fast & hard to catch everything - a lot of info to take in at check-in.
Apartment was incredibly warm & very well & modern decorated & large.
There is a lift.
There are a few niggles.
The bath does not have a plug so one cannot have a bath which my partner likes. The bathtub is very high to step into with no handles so awkward for people with mobility issues. Water pressure & heat was fantastic. The shower gel was hard to get out so take your own with you. Towels were not fluffy & quite hard. They charge €5 to change towels during your stay which is a great idea environmentally.
Kitchen was great & comfortable. coffee mugs available which I like.
The big issue is the Futon bed in the bedroom - it was very hard to get out of as so low to the ground so my partner who struggled slept on the sofa/daybed in the sitting room. The Futon is hard mattress but I liked that. The Futon bed is not suitable for older guests & too hard to get out off. There are also sharp corners on it so I banged my calf/shin all the time. No bedside tables.
Yes the street is noisy but it is very central apartment to New Town & trams were brilliant. They have double glazing.
Another issue we had was that our taxi brought us to their hotel with the same name??? So we walked 1 or 2 streets to the apartments. I think 1 keycard cover with only the apartment address on it would help & not 3 addresses on key card cover.
Coffee Factory next door was out favourite cafe in Prague with a discount for apartment guests. The food was fantastic!!
Overall if they changed the bed we would stay again

Went for 4 nights with my girlfriend and kindly received a free upgrade upon arrival. Location is near perfect as you’re only 5-10 mins walk from Wenceslas Square and the National Museum. Room was absolutely massive which we were not going to complain about. Only slight issue was that our mattress was very tough and stiff, so getting to sleep was sometimes an issue, so beware of this if you book. You’re also on quite a busy street so if you’re a light sleeper you may hear cars or sirens going by, which isn’t the hotel’s fault but worth noting. Other than that we very much enjoyed our stay here and would definitely come back.

On arrival to the Royal Court Apartments we were greeted warmly by Anna. She was very helpful and pleasant and could not do enough for us. The apartment itself was amazing, beautifully spacious and spotlessly clean. The location of the apartments was fantastic, giving plenty of scope to explore. I would highly recommend.

+ Located right next to tram and metro, makes everything close. Most of the centre or even the castle within a decent walking distance. A bonus was the bus stop 10 meters from the door. Great when you have to take a nightbus to the airport. All was as expected and agreed. I did not interact very much, but when I did it was professional and friendly and fast.
