The hotel doesn't match the price. The main advantage is the location, which is conveniently located (near the metro, shopping centers, and bus stops). However, all the hotel services are a bit pricey (pool, tennis, etc
Only after contacting a senior staff member was the issue resolved. The staff at the pool are also very incompetent and refuse to answer questions
I had a great time staying in this hotel. Breakfast was a buffet style.
It was in a good location. The staff is very lovely and friendly.
It feels like a classic accommodation that groups of guests use for retreats or tours. So it seems easy to access by van or tour bus
It would not be easy for individuals to use this accommodation by public transportation because it is too far from the city center
When we were checking out, we were rushing to catch a train, so we brought our luggage directly to breakfast from our room. At first, the restaurant manager suggested we check our bags at the front desk
I explained we were very short on time, and he handled it expertly in front of the intern. He had the intern seat us in a spot that wouldn't obstruct other guests – that was really good
The breakfast was delicious with a great variety, and the omelets were particularly good. The person in charge at the breakfast entrance seemed to be training an intern
Clean rooms, beautiful view, near shops and river.
This hotel has that classic 'old money' vibe, much like the Grand Budapest Hotel with its symmetrical architecture. It's massive, feels like hundreds of rooms
I especially want to commend the breakfast; it was absolutely top-notch, the best I had on this trip. Although the hotel isn't in the old town, the surrounding area is very convenient
The only sad part of our stay was that they charge an extra fee to use their pool, and we weren’t notified about it when we checked in. It would have been much better if the front desk had let us know at arrival
Overall, it was a pretty good experience thanks to the cleanliness and great food. Just keep the extra pool fee in mind if you plan to swim!
The room was clean and spacious, with great views of the city from a high floor. The breakfast selection was varied and delicious. Plus, it's super convenient as the subway entrance is right outside the hotel.
They cleaned every single day, which kept the room fresh and comfortable throughout our entire stay. The breakfast buffet was a major highlight
There was a wide variety of options to choose from every morning, catering to different tastes
Very handy connection wise (train station, bus station and not bad to the airport either). Rooms are lovely, quiet (even though close to a main road), cosy

The facilities are very new and the hotel environment is very good. There is a food center right outside the door, with Burger King, KFC, and Japanese food
Downstairs is a very large shopping mall, directly connected to the subway station. It is very convenient to visit the old town, Charles Bridge, Gunpowder Tower, Kafka Museum, etc
If there was a concert, the room would probably be full because there were so many people at breakfast and you had to wait in line to get your food
The room was nice, but the breakfast was average. There were a lot of group guests
Good hotel for a business trip.
The front desk service is very enthusiastic and English is also very proficient. The room is large and the bathroom is large

Petr communication was amazing. Messaged before and after our trip. Walkable to all the sites in Prague. Only 5 minute walk to an amazing shopping centre and food court too. Very safe and what a beautiful city Prague is!
The rooms are fantastic, pool and wjitlpoolwith a sauna is a plus
The hotel up on the hill is the one to go while in Prague. It is very convenient to travel with tram and metro around to all the sightseeing places without being in the city center with all the tourists and loud noises
I loved staying in the hotel
Upon arrival we entered through the first hotel from which a cable car leaves which takes us to our hotel
Great location, walking distance to all the main attractions

Amazing lobby, even the atmosphere is lovely and always vibrant. The restaurant is nice, the waiters are nice. Everything was so perfect and comfortable. Delicious breakfast with a lot of variety
Excellent hotel experience in every aspect! The facilities are modern and tidy, the service is efficient and thoughtful, and the housekeeping team did an amazing job keeping the room spotless
The hotel location is good. Services are excellent. Room was clean and tidy. The staff were excellent. Shower area was too tight. Swimming pool was cold.
The bathroom sink is good with a big counter. Prague is a more lively and active city that Budapest, especially at night. We liked the Mucha exhibition, although not many artworks, because we are fans of art nouveau
Nice big rooms, and big beds, relatively comfortable beds. Location is ok with 2 supermarkets very nearby. Hilton hotel is directly opposite. Most tourist attractions are not very far away
The shower is not good it's very squashed, i could barely turn around in the shower and the hand held showerhead is low, a lot of water goes out of the shower area onto the bathroom floor
Clean room although it’s not the newest room, good facilities with both a swimming pool and a gym, staff was nice and generous with water
The amenities were good, the only fault was the swimming pool, jacuzzi, steam room, and sauna were always with a lot of people
Seriously, this place was awesome! The room was great, clean, and comfy, just what I needed after a long day. Every single staff member I encountered was friendly and helpful, always with a smile
The hotel is very upscale, and what made us even happier was the breakfast – it was abundant and delicious. We could start our day with a great breakfast every morning before heading out.
I'd definitely recommend staying here if you're looking for a fantastic experience, great location, walking distance from a shopping center and metro station and buses
Hotel is not in the centre of the city so will have to take train but is still quite convenient. Would recommend this room to others for this price

Be aware that the gym and pool both incur extra charges. Also, the housekeeping staff were quite aggressive; they rushed me out as soon as I went over my check-out time, which felt very rude
If getting the tram to the hotel from the city centre, Google maps often suggests you get off at Lipanska, however, there is a tram stop right outside the hotel entrance (olsanka namesti)
The hotel offers sauna swimming and fitness activities, but we didn't make use of them so can't provide useful comments except I believe they come at an extra cost
The hotel suffers from a lack of vending machines (actually there was one, but it was out of order) making late night drinks difficult
It was quite good hotel to stay here
Close to the main station
Getting to this hotel from the Prague bus station was a trek, especially the long uphill walk without a tram. However, for getting to the Old Town, the tram stop right outside the hotel is incredibly convenient
Really great breakfast and spacious room with comfortable rooms. The gym was also quite nice, but there were no equipment for lower-body exercise, and it was also a bit small, we were 4 inside and it felt crowded.
The location is great, the rooms are always spotless and comfortable, and the beds are exactly what you need after a long day of exploring the city. Breakfast is excellent – plenty of choice and everything fresh
The staff are friendly, professional and always happy to help. It truly feels like a reliable home base whenever I visit Prague. Will definitely be back for my sixth stay!
This is best hotel in the perfect location, high quality services and friendly staff.
They do not allow pizza delivery couriers to go up to the room and refuse to deliver the food themselves. You have to leave your room and go down to the reception to pick up the order
Overall, the hotel is good, but if you like ordering room service via Wolt or Uber, the front desk staff are not always helpful

The rooms were also very soundproof, and free luggage storage was available. It was a bit far from the city center, but considering the price and the quality of the facilities, it was still highly recommended!
It is conveniently located just 10 minutes outside of Prague city centre, boasting excellent transport links with both tram and underground stations within a few minutes' walk
Don Giovanni is a top class hotel where staff goes the extra mile to make our visit one to remember. Great breakfast and lovely decorations.
Breakfast is fantastic and really generous – you can even have wine in the morning!
Lovely hotel that takes its name from Mozart’s first opera, Don Giovanni
The hotel offers a fantastic range of amenities, including two restaurants

The hotel's location is excellent, right in the heart of Prague city center with convenient transportation. It's within walking distance to the metro station, train station, and famous attractions like the Old Town.
Our stay was perfect. It was mt husband’s birthday and the hotel was amazing with us, the room is big and the breakfast is just flawless.
We are dreaming of coming back to Prague after this amazing
Great location, very close to the train station and right next to a shopping district, so it's super convenient. The room was a good size and quite clean, and the service was excellent
The hotel is clean and the location is perfect. However, there was a spa and a sauna for free in the booking but when you go there, you have to pay for these amenities.
Very clean and comfort bed.
Breakfast was served in a big and clean restaurant with all the good food especially the pastries.
I arrived at 8 AM and they let me check in early for free. Very satisfied! Would recommend to friends

We enjoyed playing it while waiting for the lift and most of the time, finish one game befor we go out of the hotel or go back to our room. It was fun!
Our toilet is small and doesn’t have an exhaust fan
Hotel was very clean and modern. Staff are very friendly. Rooms are also clean, spacious and have great views. The lobby and bar/restaurant area downstairs are amazing as well! Can definitely recommend!
Firstly, the staff are very friendly. Everyone is nice and lovely, the reception, the bar, and the brekfast team. There is plenty of food selection for breakfast and. There's fussball near the lift
Mary, thank you for recommending Holesovicka Sedma for food it was so good we went back 3–4 times for dinner! And Michael, thank you for suggesting we use the back way into the castle
My mobility was really poor that day, and that advice helped me so much. The rooms were clean, and the overall vibe of the hotel was young, vibrant, and very chilled
Just a quick note for future guests: you need to request a kettle, and there is a refundable deposit for it. I only have one complaint, and I’m not sure if the person involved was security or the bar manager
Hotel where I am completely satisfied. I have stayed at this hotel several times, and it has a grea staff, great facilities (pool, fitness, etc. ), a stylish lounge, and probably one of the best breakfasts in Prague
The rooms were spacious and nice… unfortunately, there wasn't a mirror for me to do my makeup since I'm not very tall. Everything was very tidy, super comfortable, and beautiful. The view from the hotel was amazing 😉
The only downside is the exterior, which could use some renovation — inside, everything is renovated
I enjoyed staying at this hotel. Everything was as described, the room was very comfortable, breakfast was really good. The swimming pool was nice, it only lacks sauna, would be nice to warm up after swimming
Here are all five. The location of the hotel. Service. It's simple and accessible(although you're not in Russia)

In the hard of old town. Super convenient!
Room is cozy , room size is good. Breakfast is great.
The only room for improvement is the shower head keep falling down. Water is weak.
The pool is very small…
I stay at a lot of Hiltons and this is by far one of the best (if not the best) experience I've ever had. The hotel is in a great location - basically within walking distance of any sites you want to see in Old Town
Somehow there was a mix-up with our booking via Trip. com where they were unaware that our booking includes 2 kids and hence a sofa-bed. This was however, immediately rectified by customer service
Whether it was for daily groceries or last-minute needs, everything could be quickly taken care of, saving me a lot of travel time and allowing me to enjoy my trip more peacefully
This thoughtful surrounding infrastructure not only shows the hotel's consideration but also made my stay feel exceptionally relaxed and pleasant

The room was immaculately cleaned, and there was a different Prague postcard by my pillow every night. The bed was laid out with a mat and slippers on it, and even the books I'd read had a hotel bookmark
The hotel's gym was open 24 hours a day. While the equipment wasn't as comprehensive as at the Four Seasons in Singapore, it was more than enough to allow me to work out different body parts every day
The location is perfect, right on the Vvar River, with a picturesque, fairytale world just outside the window. It's a two-minute walk to Charles Bridge and a five-minute walk to Prague Square
Staying here, I crossed Charles Bridge countless times a day and went to Prague Square for drinks and to watch the astronomical clock chime countless times. The hotel itself is even more impeccable
If you're in an unfamiliar city and don't know where to stay for the most convenient sightseeing, or are worried about the safety risks, the best option is to stay at the Four Seasons
The room was spacious, the furniture and furnishings were exquisite, the bed was incredibly comfortable, the capsule coffee was delicious, and the water was always replenished
The room was nice, clean. The towels were changed regularly. Asked and linen changed. The breakfasts are good. Us just enough. One mind, no kettle. But in General everything is super!
The view was great because it was on a high floor, and the food was buffet style with a wide variety of options. The accommodation fee was also reasonable, so I was very satisfied.
Great stay in Prague, hotel is well served (metro B, tram...) with lots of small shops nearby (Albert...), overall everything was fine! Very satisfied :)
Nice hotel. Rooms are clean. Breakfast tasty. 3 stops on metro from center Prague. Nice view from top floors
The service and the breakfast are good, but the lifts were not working very well and there is no additional facilities (gym, sauna,.. ) the shampoo no good.
In total it is recommended but put it disserve 3 stars not 4.
Also, the TV remote is too basic so do not expect to present anything from your USB stick - there is no "source" button. Staff were friendly, but they could not help with the USB situation
Best hotel in Prague with well decorated bar and lounge - great spa experience with access to Jacuzzi and swimming pool
On the day of arrival, I tried local Czech cuisine at the hotel's Green House for lunch; the food was good and the prices were reasonable. There's a fine dining area on the rooftop with a tasting menu
Exceptional stay at the Fairmont Prague. The welcome was warm, the service outstanding, and the staff consistently attentive to every need. Amenities were excellent and true to the Fairmont standard
The hotel has only been open for six months, so the facilities are very new, and the rooms are smart. The deluxe king room is spacious, but I feel the Signature king room is the best experience
I'd love to experience it again when I'm in Prague. The hotel lobby is very grand, and there's parking available in front of the hotel, as well as underground parking
Upon taking the elevator up to get my room, I was greeted by a golden scene; the entire experience was luxurious. I'll definitely come again! 👍
The only problem with this hotel are the elevators. They are slow and sometimes only 2 out of the 3 work. Also if you stand nearby the elevator doors the elevator won't move, so that limits the capacity of them
I am at 7th floor and I can see the highway, KFC, Decathlon from my room. The room is really clean, and you can park your car in the underground parking for 10 euro/night. or it was 12 euro?! Can’t remember
Together with my Fiance we stayed two nights with breakfast. The dining space is not large but it's sufficient. You can order waffles to be made just for you. Rooms are clean, and have their own AC
Really cool Hotel, just what I was looking for in my trip to Berlin, a really quiet room, even if the hotel is near the highway, but you can’t hear any noise from the room
Nice, spotless clean, tidy, really pleasant staff, great breakfast buffet. The metro station is really close, which is directly connected to the city centre. Excellent.
Honestly dishes was amazing, i pay 80€ and got 2 room with lunch.
Parking costs 11€!
Also personal speaking in a lot of popular languages.

The room was clean and well-stocked with towels, which was great. The location is super convenient – just a short walk to the main station and a supermarket, so getting around and finding essentials was no problem at all
I had a wonderful stay at the Grand Hotel International Prague during my Erasmus+ training week. The hotel has a beautiful historic style and a unique atmosphere that makes you feel part of Prague’s history
More Than We Expected – Highly Recommended
Very large and comfortable hotel with great facilities. Two restaurants for dinner (à la carte and all-inclusive style buffet), children’s menu and kids’ areas available
A special highlight was the breakfast — exceptional, with a wide variety of fresh and delicious options every morning. Overall, a very pleasant stay combining classic charm, comfort and great hospitality
One of the biggest advantages is the location — it’s right next to the tram station, and tram number 22 takes you directly to the city center and many main attractions. Super convenient and easy to use
Crowne Plaza Prague is a very comfortable hotel with clean, spacious rooms and a modern feel. The beds are comfortable, and some rooms offer a really nice view, which makes the stay even better
Prague, Na Poříčí 5, 110 00 Petrská čtvrť (in the centre) 🧭 Map
The main attractions are within walking distance, and right next door to the hotel is a large department store with a big supermarket on its second basement floor where locals do their shopping
The hotel also has a toaster oven and a water dispenser. Highly recommend to anyone planning a trip to Prague! Fantastic!
The hotel is just beside Palladium Praha Mall.
The front desk staff so friendly and helpful.
Will recommend to my friend and family and colleagues this Ibis Hotel
All the employees in the hotel spoke very good English and very kind ;)
I will definitely stay in ibis praha old town again if I visit Prague
The room was decent, and the location was excellent, making it easy to get around.
The hotel's location is excellent, just a few steps from the tram stop, making it convenient to go anywhere, including the airport
