Hotel where I am completely satisfied. I have stayed at this hotel several times, and it has a grea staff, great facilities (pool, fitness, etc.), a stylish lounge, and probably one of the best breakfasts in Prague. The only downside is the exterior, which could use some renovation — inside, everything is renovated.

The rooms were spacious and nice… unfortunately, there wasn't a mirror for me to do my makeup since I'm not very tall. But that's not a big deal. Everything was very tidy, super comfortable, and beautiful. The view from the hotel was amazing 😉

The room wasn't large, but it was sufficient. The hotel's location was good, and free parking was available, but you needed to contact them in advance to make a reservation. Many tourists and students stayed at this hotel during holidays; it was about a 20-minute drive from the city center. Parking was difficult in the old town area, so you could park at the hotel and take a taxi to the city center

Ideal location close enough to the underground and with parking provided it made the experience great. The breakfast was awesome as well as the helpfully staff.

The transportation nearby is convenient, with a Tesco supermarket right next door. Breakfast included corn, fried rice, and fruit. The room was quite small, and there were many foreign tour groups staying there. The bathroom was very basic, with no toiletries provided.

The place is really clean and hygienic; the location is also really convenient. They even have us checked in early since our flight have quite a weird time. The only downside is the room is quite hot, even with a fan that they provided, it is still hot to be honest.

The location is absolutely fantastic. The hotel's cleanliness was also superb, no complaints whatsoever.

Overall had a good experience here. The location alone makes it worth the low price. To be honest, I was expecting something awful when I saw such a perfectly located hotel for a low price. But I was very pleasantly surprised. Comfortable, clean, quiet. Really the only issue was that there was no hot water one morning, but I think that was a fluke. No other issues.

Room in my opinion, air conditioning doesn't work. Breakfast is noisy, but tasty. Shower only at stomach level.

A horrendous last 2 days with hundreds of students booked in and running riot outside my room for nearly 48 hours solid. Absolute no control from anyone or the hotel staff. No real solution from anyone or care to be frank. The breakfast is same old and repetitive. Not as long as I live would I come back to this hotel.

Everything was great, it's a 30-minute bus ride from the historical sites.

1. The bedsheets were dirty. 2. The front desk service was noticeably worse compared to other a&o hotels in Europe. 3. There was absolutely no response when trying to contact the front desk online; you had to find someone in person.

My stay at adeba plus was not as expected, we stayed for 5 nights in which they never changed the sheets and never swept the floor, I put in a card every day to have my room cleaned and they only threw garbage and folded the duvet. This hotel is amazing. Together with my Fiance we stayed two nights with breakfast. The dining space is not large but it's sufficient. You can order waffles to be made just for you. The hotel is about a five-minute walk from the airport shuttle drop-off. The Jubilee Synagogue is just around the corner, and it's not far from Old Town Square. I was disappointed on their service provided during my special request to clean up the room to the reception in the morning. However, it was not cleaned until 2pm. My answer given by Mr Sak was the priority was given to the check in customers. What about those who stayed one?  So once you checked in, that is your problem is it? The rooms were of adequate size and very clean. The bed was comfortable, and we had a restful stay. Breakfast was sufficient and satisfying. The hotel’s close proximity to public transportation was a major advantage. Overall, we were pleased with the comfort and location of the hotel.

The only thing I can praise is the service attitude; the front desk staff was quite friendly, and the location is excellent, just a street away from the tram and subway stations. However, the bathroom exhaust fan was completely out of control. It kept making noise even after I turned off the switch, and the door wouldn't close properly – it was quite annoying 😩. ...

The facilities are a little dated. Especially when returning at night, getting the main door to open with the keycard was a real struggle; it often felt like pure luck when it finally worked. I hope you can get that fixed. However, the value for money was acceptable.

This hotel is exceptionally good, it is only located 15 min away from airport, and 20min from old town. Trams are just 6 min walk away. All staffs are friendly, especially the team from breakfast, very hard working employees! Bravo!

The hotel itself was comfortable and I liked the concept being on a boat. Some cons would be no electric kettle in the room however we could request it at the front desk. Very satisfied with our 4-day stay at the Hotel AXA. We had a spacious room with a great view of the skyline and all amenities were just fine. Because of the time of year, our room was neither too warm nor too cold. Housekeeping and Breakfast Service were also great. From the hotel’s location it was easy to go exploring, either on foot or by tram.

Good location good staff but no air condition

This hotel exceeded expectations with spacious rooms and incredibly comfortable beds. It is conveniently located just steps away from the tram station, convenience stores, shopping malls, and a delightful pizza restaurant. It was a perfect blend of comfort and convenience that made my experience in Kochi unforgettable.
