This was the best hotel I stayed at during my Europe trip. The room was comfortable, the bed was large, and the bedding was cozy
I especially want to commend the breakfast; it was absolutely top-notch, the best I had on this trip. Although the hotel isn't in the old town, the surrounding area is very convenient
Had a great layover there, Room was nice
Breakfast was really good, with a lot of local options and fish. Gym was amazing! (2 floors, size of a real gym)
There are supermarkets, Chinese restaurants, and bistros right outside, and getting a taxi is also quick and easy
When we were checking out, we were rushing to catch a train, so we brought our luggage directly to breakfast from our room. At first, the restaurant manager suggested we check our bags at the front desk
Nice big hotel. Breakfast was wholesome and easy access to Florence metro station from lower lobby. Rooms were big with nice river view. Excellent bed and pillow comfort.
I arrived not being able to charge a single device I had to turn off my laptop and use it as a power bank for my iPhone… I’m a man but with long hair was disappointed the hair dryer didn’t work as well… nice set up nice and clean with laundry to do down stairs, but this really harped my spirits I had to call a late night out earlier than I wanted for my last night in Prague…
It was in a good location. The staff is very lovely and friendly.
It feels like a classic accommodation that groups of guests use for retreats or tours. So it seems easy to access by van or tour bus
It would not be easy for individuals to use this accommodation by public transportation because it is too far from the city center
Except the hotel location, I like the hotel. Got a good Breakfast included in the Hotel booking. Did Sauna (only 1 was working) and Swimming in just 8€/Hr. Steam bath and Hot spring bath was not in service also
As I had to worry about conserving my battery. and I can’t really charger up at a club……. So because of this seemingly fluke I didn’t enjoy my stay. Anyone would love staying here
Amazing hotel by all standards. The staff really take care of you and make sure they make your stay comfortable. Rooms are cleaned every single day and you’re given fresh towels
Lovely clean 4* hotel, friendly helpful staff, nothing too much trouble, good food and amenities ( swimming pool, gym, bowling alley, table tennis, would highly recommend.
The front desk staff were polite, and the bathroom was clean.
The hotel is apparently popular as there were a lot of people and tourists!
There is parking on the hotel grounds, but it is paid, which cost 84 euros for 4 nights, which is quite expensive
The room is very spacious and well-equipped. It's also very close to the subway station, which offers direct access to tourist attractions. I'm very satisfied!
The breakfast was very varied! I wanted to try everything at once) We went for breakfast at 8 a. , as it was impossible to get a seat before 8 a

At the reception they require a deposit of 2000 CZK (they block the amount on the card). In my case, it was unblocked 2 weeks after leaving
Very good and good location, staff are very helpful and the room is clean and big.
It is not very large, but more than enough to stay active during a trip. Parking is plentiful at the hotel and included, which is a big advantage
The room was clean and spacious, with great views of the city from a high floor. The breakfast selection was varied and delicious. Plus, it's super convenient as the subway entrance is right outside the hotel.
If you stay higher up, the views are open and very enjoyable. The spa located at the top of the building is a highlight, and having access to Thai massage on site is a big plus. There is also a gym with modern equipment
Our first morning was absolute chaos. Couldn’t find a single table to sit down at. The food was weirdly laid out, I felt like I had to walk a mile to gather all the bits and bobs for me and my child

The facilities are very new and the hotel environment is very good. There is a food center right outside the door, with Burger King, KFC, and Japanese food
Downstairs is a very large shopping mall, directly connected to the subway station. It is very convenient to visit the old town, Charles Bridge, Gunpowder Tower, Kafka Museum, etc
If there was a concert, the room would probably be full because there were so many people at breakfast and you had to wait in line to get your food
The room was nice, but the breakfast was average. There were a lot of group guests
Good hotel for a business trip.
The front desk service is very enthusiastic and English is also very proficient. The room is large and the bathroom is large

If getting the tram to the hotel from the city centre, Google maps often suggests you get off at Lipanska, however, there is a tram stop right outside the hotel entrance (olsanka namesti)
The hotel offers sauna swimming and fitness activities, but we didn't make use of them so can't provide useful comments except I believe they come at an extra cost
The hotel suffers from a lack of vending machines (actually there was one, but it was out of order) making late night drinks difficult
Fantastic for one night! Super convenient team and felt very well in the bedroom.
I'll come back!
It was quite good hotel to stay here
Close to the main station
Getting to this hotel from the Prague bus station was a trek, especially the long uphill walk without a tram. However, for getting to the Old Town, the tram stop right outside the hotel is incredibly convenient

Amazing lobby, even the atmosphere is lovely and always vibrant. The restaurant is nice, the waiters are nice. Everything was so perfect and comfortable. Delicious breakfast with a lot of variety
Excellent hotel experience in every aspect! The facilities are modern and tidy, the service is efficient and thoughtful, and the housekeeping team did an amazing job keeping the room spotless
Nice big rooms, and big beds, relatively comfortable beds. Location is ok with 2 supermarkets very nearby. Hilton hotel is directly opposite. Most tourist attractions are not very far away
The shower is not good it's very squashed, i could barely turn around in the shower and the hand held showerhead is low, a lot of water goes out of the shower area onto the bathroom floor
We really appreciated the little extra touches that made our stay feel special. It’s rare to find such consistent quality and genuine hospitality
It's just a 10-minute walk to Prague Square, the Astronomical Clock, and the shopping street. There's also a Billa supermarket right next to the hotel, which is super convenient
Double room with everything what you need. Very clean with pleasant stuff and very tasty meal. Good price. Small disadvantage: Wi-Fi was not included in the price.
The room was a little cold.
I boiled water in the coffee machine.
It's close to a tram station, and you can get to the city center in about 20 minutes.
It clean, nice. Good food, but our room have thin walls and next room was very loud so no sleep
Really good and clean hotel. Plentiful breakfast. We'll be happy to come back!
The room and breakfast were really nice^^
We arrived very late and were met next door with a friendly receptionist who was really helpful. The room was spotless and modern and the bathroom had a lovely large bath. The room was a nice temperature too
Hotel is not in the centre of the city so will have to take train but is still quite convenient. Would recommend this room to others for this price
Seriously, this place was awesome! The room was great, clean, and comfy, just what I needed after a long day. Every single staff member I encountered was friendly and helpful, always with a smile
The hotel is very upscale, and what made us even happier was the breakfast – it was abundant and delicious. We could start our day with a great breakfast every morning before heading out.
I'd definitely recommend staying here if you're looking for a fantastic experience, great location, walking distance from a shopping center and metro station and buses
Although the location is far (25 mins drive) from the main city center but if you plan is to briefly visit Prague for business purposes, this would be the place
Clean room although it’s not the newest room, good facilities with both a swimming pool and a gym, staff was nice and generous with water
Not as clean as expected, I have to pay for each service , parking is very expensive , not too friendly .
5th stay and still impresses every time!
This is already my fifth time staying at Grandior Hotel Prague and I keep coming back for a reason
Really great breakfast and spacious room with comfortable rooms. The gym was also quite nice, but there were no equipment for lower-body exercise, and it was also a bit small, we were 4 inside and it felt crowded.
The location is great, the rooms are always spotless and comfortable, and the beds are exactly what you need after a long day of exploring the city. Breakfast is excellent – plenty of choice and everything fresh
The staff are friendly, professional and always happy to help. It truly feels like a reliable home base whenever I visit Prague. Will definitely be back for my sixth stay!
Friendly staff, good breakfast and a very good location.
The rooms where clean and quiet would stay here again!

The breakfast was very generous, and a welcome drink was served. The atmosphere of the hotel was great. Although there was a cemetery nearby, it didn't feel eerie or scary
The rooms were also very soundproof, and free luggage storage was available. It was a bit far from the city center, but considering the price and the quality of the facilities, it was still highly recommended!
It is conveniently located just 10 minutes outside of Prague city centre, boasting excellent transport links with both tram and underground stations within a few minutes' walk
Don Giovanni is a top class hotel where staff goes the extra mile to make our visit one to remember. Great breakfast and lovely decorations.
Breakfast is fantastic and really generous – you can even have wine in the morning!
Lovely hotel that takes its name from Mozart’s first opera, Don Giovanni

Great stay, bit limited but tasty breakfast, great comfort in the room, super clean, lot of options inside the hotel (hotel group resort with cable car)
Bardzo dobry hotel pyszne śniadanie duży parking wygodne łóżka super siłownia blisko centrum
Everything was good, the food was good, the view was great, but initially the wrong room was given to us, there were other travellers in the room when we went in, but that was quickly sorted out
The girl at the reception is not treating me well
Very good place and friendly staff
Hotel accepted my Trip mail confirmation and I solved this issue with trip via chat in app, live agent answer into 1min and start solving, 15min later contact me via call with result and apologize with points compensation around 10usd

The hotel's location is excellent, right in the heart of Prague city center with convenient transportation. It's within walking distance to the metro station, train station, and famous attractions like the Old Town.
Our stay was perfect. It was mt husband’s birthday and the hotel was amazing with us, the room is big and the breakfast is just flawless.
We are dreaming of coming back to Prague after this amazing
Great location, very close to the train station and right next to a shopping district, so it's super convenient. The room was a good size and quite clean, and the service was excellent
The hotel is clean and the location is perfect. However, there was a spa and a sauna for free in the booking but when you go there, you have to pay for these amenities.
Very clean and comfort bed.
Breakfast was served in a big and clean restaurant with all the good food especially the pastries.
I arrived at 8 AM and they let me check in early for free. Very satisfied! Would recommend to friends

You can see that the hotel is a bit older.
It was also quite cold in the room during our stay. Unfortunately there was no cable car running, so the shuttle ride down to the hotel was a little longer
I loved staying in the hotel
Upon arrival we entered through the first hotel from which a cable car leaves which takes us to our hotel
Petr communication was amazing. Messaged before and after our trip. Walkable to all the sites in Prague. Only 5 minute walk to an amazing shopping centre and food court too. Very safe and what a beautiful city Prague is!
The hotel up on the hill is the one to go while in Prague. It is very convenient to travel with tram and metro around to all the sightseeing places without being in the city center with all the tourists and loud noises
The rooms are fantastic, pool and wjitlpoolwith a sauna is a plus
Great location, walking distance to all the main attractions
The rooms were spacious and nice… unfortunately, there wasn't a mirror for me to do my makeup since I'm not very tall. Everything was very tidy, super comfortable, and beautiful. The view from the hotel was amazing 😉
Hotel where I am completely satisfied. I have stayed at this hotel several times, and it has a grea staff, great facilities (pool, fitness, etc. ), a stylish lounge, and probably one of the best breakfasts in Prague
The only downside is the exterior, which could use some renovation — inside, everything is renovated
I enjoyed staying at this hotel. Everything was as described, the room was very comfortable, breakfast was really good. The swimming pool was nice, it only lacks sauna, would be nice to warm up after swimming
Here are all five. The location of the hotel. Service. It's simple and accessible(although you're not in Russia)

Whether it was for daily groceries or last-minute needs, everything could be quickly taken care of, saving me a lot of travel time and allowing me to enjoy my trip more peacefully
The only thing that is not very convenient is that the room service has a very limited menu. The staff is very helpful and caring
Parking is super expensive which didn’t mention by reception when we ask where to park. Room is not clean when we fist day check in at night, with hairs on the carpet. They cleaned on the second day
It is typical Hilton in a positive manner. Good starting point for discovering the city and yet not in busy area. For me, arriving with a car, was perfectly accessible
In the hard of old town. Super convenient!
Room is cozy , room size is good. Breakfast is great.
The only room for improvement is the shower head keep falling down. Water is weak.
The pool is very small…
While it's a little far from the city center, the bus stop is nearby and it doesn't take too long to get there, making it a great hotel for those who aren't particular about their hotel location
The view was great because it was on a high floor, and the food was buffet style with a wide variety of options. The accommodation fee was also reasonable, so I was very satisfied.
Everything was great, especially the fact that the tram station was only a few minutes away on foot. The breakfast was very good, and the view over the city was beautiful
The breakfast was delicious and had a wide variety of options, which I appreciated. The hotel is also conveniently located near a bus stop and supermarket
It is clean and the facilities are great. They even allowed free early check-in... and the breakfast is especially delicious. I highly recommend it.
Regarding room service, there was one minor issue where tissue paper wasn't provided after cleaning, but otherwise, there were no other issues

Standard business room furnishing, modern and clean. there’s a tram station across the road making it easy to access to the town area. Parking costs extra.
Excellent location if you're going to a concert at the O2 Arena, which is right across from the hotel. A beautiful hotel, lovely rooms, and a breakfast with a wide selection
This is the first time I stay at the Stages Hotel. As I approached reception, I was greeted by very pleasant and professional receptionists who answered all my questions efficiently and with great friendliness
Lovely hotel, very clean. In good location for metro station but a little further out of Prague than we expected. Easy to use Metro enabled easy access to city centre though.
Had a great experience! The price was reasonable, and the location was super convenient with a supermarket nearby. It only takes about 20 minutes to get to the Old Town
The location is not close to the city centre, but there’s bus station and tram station nearby, very convenient. There’s also a mall nearby with a big supermarket
Without a doubt this is the best hotel in Prague. The heart of the old town is 5 minutes walk away. The hotel opened in April 2025, everything is new. The staff is polite.
Best hotel in Prague with well decorated bar and lounge - great spa experience with access to Jacuzzi and swimming pool
Upon taking the elevator up to get my room, I was greeted by a golden scene; the entire experience was luxurious. I'll definitely come again! 👍
The service was excellent, the food was high-quality, and the bathroom and bathtub facilities were beautiful
I really enjoyed staying in this hotel last December. The bus and metro stations are close. The area is safe. The Staff are very helpful and nice. The room is clean and the garden view is just amazing!

I was going to take a star away because there is no kitchen open, no cutlery or anything, just a microwave and some vending machines so I had to ask reception for plastic cutlery, plates and cups but they were nice about it
Good room with ceiling fan to combat summer heat! The hostel also has a decent swimming pool and sauna you can enjoy.
Great hostel, clean, nearly all staff extremely friendly and best thing is the sauna and swimming pool there. I walked into town but can easily get tram that goes every few mins
Best hostel in Prague. Just put charging ports near every bed and you will be a super hostel !
Friendly clean and sociable, has a full gym and sauna at no extra cost which was amazing
They answered any questions throughout my stay I had
