The hotel near the train station is a bit old and the rooms are tiny. Breakfast was just pickles and sausage bread, and they didn't even replenish the bottled water. For multiple nights, the front desk just said complimentary water is only for the first day. Anyway, I won't be staying there again.

First, the good points: the bed was large and very comfortable. However, the entire room smelled musty, and the decor was quite old-fashioned, similar to a Vienna Hotel in China. Plus, the 2000 CZK deposit still hasn't been refunded, and it's been over two weeks already.

Overall, the hotel is good, but if you like ordering room service via Wolt or Uber, the front desk staff are not always helpful. They do not allow pizza delivery couriers to go up to the room and refuse to deliver the food themselves. You have to leave your room and go down to the reception to pick up the order. The room was decent, but the hotel isn't brand new. The location is good, about a 15-minute walk to the Astronomical Clock and less than 10 minutes to the train station. The train station also happens to be the only downtown stop for the AE airport bus, making transportation quite convenient.

The room was huge, clean, and tidy, and the breakfast was decent. It's especially great for families with kids. The location is excellent, as all the attractions are within walking distance. I'd definitely choose to stay here again if I have the chance.

A twin room has only one charging interface, which is not enough at all, and the room is very small, and the arrangement of the bed is also strange. The pillow is very dirty and there are black spots on it.

The location is amazing, right in the center of Prague and at the intersection of two metro lines. Right in front & OPPOSITE of the hotel's ENTRANCE, there is a LIFT that goes down to the GREEN & YELLOW metro line. Literally brings you to any popular tourist destination within 2 or 3 stops. The supermarket is at the metro basement too and within 5 minutes of walking back to the hotel. Staff there were helpful in giving advices to the places that you needed to go to.

Overall it was very good, the front desk service was responsive, enthusiastic and proactive, taking our luggage and guiding us. But I would like to remind my friends that the porridge written for breakfast is different from the porridge for Chinese food, it is cooked with milk and there is no rice.

The hotel is in a great location, close to the Old Castle and Charles Bridge! The corner is the best place to take photos of the Little Red Tram! Especially the private garden of the hotel is super photogenic! The hotel breakfast is also good!
