Prague, Na Rybníčku 1329/5, Nové Město (in the centre) 🧭 Map
The hotel is 5min walk away from the tram station Stepanska, being away from the main circuit of the old town means you will have some level of peace at the night. The room is clean with only some level of hot water tuning is required everytime but not really a big nuisance, the TV is able to connect to Bluetooth for you to watch your movies through phone and speaker through the TV. The washing...
The pillow is very soft. Daily house keeping only change the towels. No coffee refill and cleaning. Didn’t try their breakfast- no comment.
Great hotel, with helpful staff. The room was spacious and clean, perfect after a day of sightseeing.
Very good location, nice staff. Fast Check-in. Buffet breakfast quite repetitive over multiple days
Overall, very convenient and comfortable hotel to stay for short time. Breakfast is great, good amenities if you want to use the gym and laundry. The only thing we noticed that housekeeping only gave fresh towels and emptied bins. It did not look like they cleaned or made the beds. Not sure if you have to request this at reception as there was no sign to put on door to make up the room either. On the...

Room is clean and full of equipment! Receptionists are so helpful!
One of the best hotels we stayed in ! We had to checked in earlier they helped us and even provide bigger room ! Everything was clean and nice. Also you can walk to the center ! Enjoyed it !!!!
The hotel was really clean and comfortable. The location is really convenient because it is close to the center. But the most difficult thing is that when you get to the address, it is really difficult to find it. Also, when checking in, you have to go to another hotel to do it. Other reviews were good, maybe i should say best.
Nice place, nice people on the checking in desk even when it’s little bit far from the place.
The Apartment good location and close to supermarkets. The staff good service and kind. The room is clean.

The staff were nice, had to pick keys in one place and cab it to the apartment, top floor ,elevator went so far to 4th floor and then lots of stairs .Apartment was good and close to centre of old city
Didn't realise that there is no aircon. Reception is 10mins away from the apartment.
Fantastic 3 bedroom penthouse apartment. Staff at the office were very helpful, especially speaking English and responding to enquiries. When booking it should have been made clearer that the key pick up, parking and accommodation were in 3 different places. Not very far apart but a bit difficult when arriving in an unfamiliar city.
The location is near the tourist spots and very accessible to transportations. The place is clean and very nice. Highly recommended! 👍🏻
3rd floor walk up! Room was in the attic and very very very hot with No Air Conditioning! Would highly recommend staying somewhere else
Check in is very precise, be sure you know your time, you can not check in early. I tried, to no avail.

Marvellous place to stay. Friendly staff, clean & close to all attractions & everything you want to see by foot. Great food & cocktails in their restaurant & bar. We stayed in Suite 308 - was like staying in the tower of a castle. Very romantic 💕 Beware of the spiral staircase, especially after having a few but it also creates a lot of laughs 🤣🤣🤣 ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️
Great hotel in the city center. In walking distance to all relevant sights. Please be aware that parking in Prague is expensive and difficult. Leave the car outside of the town, no kidding.
Good experience overall. Spacious and clean rooms, comfortable bed and pillows, quiet for sleeping, basic but varied breakfast, and daily cleaning even without request. My only complaint is that they ask for all my credit card details at check-in.
Location great very close to the old town. Staff at reception talk in an unfriendly manner. The 2 ladies Indonesia and unhelpful.
The location is convenient, just minutes from the Astronomical Institute. The staff are friendly and will proactively help with luggage. However, the toilets sometimes smell of sewage, and the hot water in the showers is inconsistent, which is a slight drawback.
They settled you on the very top, in Russian an attic, plasterboard walls, audibility is terrible, cool and not enough light, they were not able to upgrade and change, the hotel is full. Do not settle on the very top, it is not very convenient, in general the hotel is 4 stars, the attic is 3. The location is normal, but the car cannot drive up to the gate, you have to drag suitcases 50 meters

Great location and service. A little more expensive that I expected. But the pillows are horrible.
Amazing hotel, right opposite duplex so very convenient for my fellow party goers! Amazing view from the windows
I had a wonderful stay at this 4 stars hotel in Prague. The reception staff were very welcoming and always greeted guests with a smile. The location is absolutely perfect, room with good view , close to everywhere and within walking distance to all the main attractions. Highly recommended! I’m also very thankful to the staff for their kind support with my passport
Hotel in the city center, close to everything: restaurants, historical and tourist sites.
Historic and central location, walkable to everything. Rooms were big and spacious if slightly outdated and simple, but still a very comfortable stay.
The location is great, right next to the square and close to the station! The room is a good size, two 30-inch suitcases can be spread out and placed flat The room also has a simple kitchen, a bathroom with separate wet and dry areas, and a small balcony for rest.

Not bad, spacious apartment, the transport is easily accessible here
The room was very clean, quite spacious, and in a good location.
We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-kept, making for a comfortable experience. The staff were friendly and always willing to help whenever needed. Breakfast was tasty with a good selection of options. Plus, the location was very convenient, making it easy to get around. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this hotel...
Beautiful apartment. I recommend it for its price, cleanliness, and central location.
It was very clean and comfortable. I was also happy that there was a coffee machine and tea provided. The water wasn't bottled, so I didn't drink it. The smell of the gasket bothered me. But overall I was very satisfied!!!

My favorite lodging experiencr in Europe.
Friendly staff. Washer and dryer in room.
Great! This place was great, very spacious and in a quiet area, but still so close to all the main attractions! We really enjoyed our stay here, would highly recommend!
Room Quality: The room was clean, spacious, and well-equipped. The bed was comfortable], and amenities like [e.g., coffee machine, toiletries, Wi-Fi] were top-notch. Service: The staff were friendly, attentive, and quick to assist with any requests. Location: The location was central, convenient for sightseeing/shopping, near public transport.
Adam was wonderful to work with in getting to the hotel and checking in. So very courteous and hospitable. The area was perfect- enough away from tourist crowds but so easily walkable to every thing Prague has to offer. The room was comfortable and it was lovely to have kitchen and laundry facilities. Such a great place. Everything in beautiful taste, staff very very helpful, amazing breakfast, and the neighborhood is so quiet and pretty yet an easy walk to everything.
The room was very very clean, everything well conserved. Breakfast was actually great, small but good selection and the bake goods were a highlight. The staff in general was very friendly and welcoming. The location was great, near everything yet quiet. The restaurant around the corner Tast is also amazing. Would gladly come back again.
The hotel is clean and tidy, with a great location and a courtyard view. The breakfast is generous and sweet. The service was very friendly, and one of the staff members, who seemed to be named Helena, spoke Chinese. The hotel is located below the castle. The most enjoyable hotel breakfast I've ever had. Not only was the variety of dishes to my taste, but the restaurant's decoration was also beautiful. It was a truly wonderful experience. The hotel is within walking distance of the Castle District and you can also walk to the Old Town across Charles Bridge. It's not far away and very convenient.

Nice place to stay, Courteous staff. Nice amenities, bigger room. Transport connectivity is very good.
The only thing I liked was the location. I stayed two nights at this hotel. The rooms are a bit tired. But the worst part was the night from Friday to Saturday. I was given a room on the 1st floor, and it turned out there was a cafe right below it. It was so noisy until 3 AM that sleeping was unbearable. If you stay at this hotel, ask for a higher floor room.
The hotel was very nice and clean. I was accommodated a high floor which was advantage

The front desk service attitude is good!
The room was well-cleaned and clean, and I was very satisfied. The breakfast buffet was also more than adequate. The female staff member at the front desk was very kind and was able to listen to my inquiries despite my poor English. Thank you! However, as other guests have posted, the door key was unique and I had trouble getting used to it. That was the only disappointing thing.

We had a wonderful stay at 4 Trees Apartments by Adrez Living. The location was absolutely perfect for us – only a 5-minute walk from where we needed to be. That alone made the trip so much easier. Perfect accommodation we've had in a while... with its amazingly easy fully digital online check in/out procedure without the need for physical keys really made our stay more enjoyable. Excellent apartment in a wonderful location. It is close to Old Town and easy access to trams and buses to see the other sites of Prague. Great communication and cleanliness. Thanks for an awesome stay!
Only the location is great. The room is not comfortable. There are not much utilities. We stayed there in de winter and had problems with the heating system. They could fix it the next morning. Excellent location. The registration process by an “app” is not friendly and if you add that when you travel you struggle with internet connectivity make it worse. During the stay there were several electronic problems and the electronic lock was not working, so we have issues during the stay.
Nice apartment in the center of the city.
The hotel's key pick-up location is remote. It takes 20 minutes to walk with luggage and 40 minutes to go back and forth. The hotel is located in the most popular central area. Parking nearby is difficult. Self-driving travel is not recommended.

Stayed for three nights in December. Amazing spot, no hesitation to book again for future visits.

The place is very strategic, offering a beautiful view of Prague Castle. The room was spacious and cosy, and the coffee capsules and tea were refilled daily. The reception staff were friendly and informative. The only downside is that there’s no lift, but that didn’t make us regret booking this place.
This is one of the most comfortable rooms we have ever stayed in. The staff is helpful. Best of all it is near the center of everything. Plus, wonderful restaurants everywhere. In our three week stay, we NEVER had a bad meal.

Great location: 3 minute walk to Charles Bridge and 5 minute walk to the main Christmas Market. Accommodations were good and plenty of space. One downside is there is no elevator, so you don’t want to carry heavy luggage up the stairs. Staff was excellent and very responsive.

Room was clean and bed was comfortable. I had a challenge with the heat as the room was kept particularly warm, and the remote seemed to have little to no impact. Still, I would stay there again as it was good value for $$$.
Need maps and local information about the city. Clear info about maid service. Location was good but not a 5 star. Still had to walk quite a ways from city center. Very nice gentleman met us and helped us with arrival. Better description online.

Good appartment, enough space for 4-6 guests and not far from the main sights of Prague. There is a Starbucks just next door.
Hotel was spacious and clean. Good location. Tv did not work in both rooms during our 2 night stay. We did inform the front desk but nothing was done.
Top notch Top notch. Large apartement. Good location in the city.
The property was nice and very well taken care of. The location was awesome and had several great dining options, the Petrin Park was across the street and Starbucks as well as local coffee shops were right next door. Plenty of space for my group of 4. My only criticism is the beds were hard for me, but I do prefer soft beds.
