Clean apartament, good location and good size of the room

Room was clean and bed was comfortable. I had a challenge with the heat as the room was kept particularly warm, and the remote seemed to have little to no impact. Still, I would stay there again as it was good value for $$$.

Need maps and local information about the city. Clear info about maid service. Location was good but not a 5 star. Still had to walk quite a ways from city center. Very nice gentleman met us and helped us with arrival. Better description online.

Great hotel in the city center. In walking distance to all relevant sights. Please be aware that parking in Prague is expensive and difficult. Leave the car outside of the town, no kidding.

Good experience overall. Spacious and clean rooms, comfortable bed and pillows, quiet for sleeping, basic but varied breakfast, and daily cleaning even without request. My only complaint is that they ask for all my credit card details at check-in.

The location is convenient, just minutes from the Astronomical Institute. The staff are friendly and will proactively help with luggage. However, the toilets sometimes smell of sewage, and the hot water in the showers is inconsistent, which is a slight drawback.

They settled you on the very top, in Russian an attic, plasterboard walls, audibility is terrible, cool and not enough light, they were not able to upgrade and change, the hotel is full. Do not settle on the very top, it is not very convenient, in general the hotel is 4 stars, the attic is 3. Stayed for two nights. The reception desk recommended an excellent Kutna Hora tour as well as an amazing restaurant to get dinner and called and made the reservations for me. The breakfast buffet is delicious, and they will make omlettes or pancakes for you too. Also, free soda from the minibar!

It is more than 25 km from Vaclav Havel airport and is located on a busy street. It is about 7 km from Charles bridge. Very comfortable and clean accommodations with tv screens, small kitchen, living area/dining area, wi-fi.

Nice place to stay in Prague. Apartment has an underground parking for a reasonable price. City center could be easily reached by tram that just in 5 min walk from residence. Rooms quite big, has a small kitchen with everything what you may need to cook breakfast by your own or you can go downstairs and get breakfast from a residence but i would say it is a bit expensive

Clean, modern, and very comfortable. The staff were welcoming, and the location was convenient for our one-night stay after the game at Fortuna Arena. The only downside was the parking system - a parklift that's quite cramped for larger cars. Some guests also didn’t respect their assigned spots, and ours was taken when we arrived. Aside from that, a great stay and highly recommended.

The beds were very comfortable. The space was very large and accommodated 5 easy. Very clean and breakfast was great (although I’m certain I prepaid and they said I did not). My only issue was they didn’t seem too happy we were staying there. Maybe they don’t like Americans. Idk but we were quiet and polite, yet I felt like we were criminals.

Historic and central location, walkable to everything. Rooms were big and spacious if slightly outdated and simple, but still a very comfortable stay.

We enjoyed the most beautiful view of the Old Town Square Christmas market and watched the Christmas tree lighting ceremony from our open window! Came here for a family trip with four people. It was great to have individual single beds. The kitchenware and appliances were all well-equipped, which was excellent. We stayed for two nights.

Beautiful apartment. I recommend it for its price, cleanliness, and central location.

It was very clean and comfortable. I was also happy that there was a coffee machine and tea provided. The water wasn't bottled, so I didn't drink it. The smell of the gasket bothered me. But overall I was very satisfied!!!

Ligger 15 minutter gang til Old town. Turen er meget smuk hen over broen. Lejligheder var flot stilfuld og ren. Der var alt hvad man skulle bruge. Der ligge mange skønne restauranter i området. The only thing I liked was the location. I stayed two nights at this hotel. The rooms are a bit tired. But the worst part was the night from Friday to Saturday. I was given a room on the 1st floor, and it turned out there was a cafe right below it. It was so noisy until 3 AM that sleeping was unbearable. If you stay at this hotel, ask for a higher floor room.

The room was well-cleaned and clean, and I was very satisfied. The breakfast buffet was also more than adequate. The female staff member at the front desk was very kind and was able to listen to my inquiries despite my poor English. Thank you! However, as other guests have posted, the door key was unique and I had trouble getting used to it. That was the only disappointing thing.

Perfect studio for a romantic escapade in the heart of Prague. Located under the roof of a building on Wenceslas Square. We can access a nice balcony giving us nice view over Prague. We were there in January, and the only comment would be that the heating was a bit too low, especially at night. I think it is related to the central heating, but needs to be mentioned.

Fantastic 3 bedroom penthouse apartment. Staff at the office were very helpful, especially speaking English and responding to enquiries. When booking it should have been made clearer that the key pick up, parking and accommodation were in 3 different places. Not very far apart but a bit difficult when arriving in an unfamiliar city.

Perfect accommodation we've had in a while... with its amazingly easy fully digital online check in/out procedure without the need for physical keys really made our stay more enjoyable. Only the location is great. The room is not comfortable. There are not much utilities. We stayed there in de winter and had problems with the heating system. They could fix it the next morning. The next day we found out the heating upstairs still wasn't working. We didn't reported that, because we would check out the next day. So a part of our family slept 2 nights in the cold. Wouldn't recommended...

The best aparthotel in town. Prices are affordable. A 74m2 appartement cost us 120€ for two night for 5 people. The appartement is so clean and well equipped. Excellent location. The registration process by an “app” is not friendly and if you add that when you travel you struggle with internet connectivity make it worse. During the stay there were several electronic problems and the electronic lock was not working, so we have issues during the stay.

Having a tram nearby made it easy to get around. The apartment was warm and comfortable. We did miss having some dishcloths, scissors, and napkins for the kitchen.

Overall it's pretty good, clean and comfortable, and the room is much larger than other B&Bs of the same price in Europe. The surroundings are very quiet, and the facilities are relatively new. It is very suitable for family travel, friends travel, etc.
