When we were checking out, we were rushing to catch a train, so we brought our luggage directly to breakfast from our room. At first, the restaurant manager suggested we check our bags at the front desk

I explained we were very short on time, and he handled it expertly in front of the intern. He had the intern seat us in a spot that wouldn't obstruct other guests – that was really good

The breakfast was delicious with a great variety, and the omelets were particularly good. The person in charge at the breakfast entrance seemed to be training an intern

This hotel has that classic 'old money' vibe, much like the Grand Budapest Hotel with its symmetrical architecture. It's massive, feels like hundreds of rooms

I especially want to commend the breakfast; it was absolutely top-notch, the best I had on this trip. Although the hotel isn't in the old town, the surrounding area is very convenient

Amazing lobby, even the atmosphere is lovely and always vibrant. The restaurant is nice, the waiters are nice. Everything was so perfect and comfortable. Delicious breakfast with a lot of variety

Nice big rooms, and big beds, relatively comfortable beds. Location is ok with 2 supermarkets very nearby. Hilton hotel is directly opposite. Most tourist attractions are not very far away

The shower is not good it's very squashed, i could barely turn around in the shower and the hand held showerhead is low, a lot of water goes out of the shower area onto the bathroom floor

It's just a 10-minute walk to Prague Square, the Astronomical Clock, and the shopping street. There's also a Billa supermarket right next to the hotel, which is super convenient

Really great breakfast and spacious room with comfortable rooms. The gym was also quite nice, but there were no equipment for lower-body exercise, and it was also a bit small, we were 4 inside and it felt crowded.

The location is great, the rooms are always spotless and comfortable, and the beds are exactly what you need after a long day of exploring the city. Breakfast is excellent – plenty of choice and everything fresh

This is best hotel in the perfect location, high quality services and friendly staff.

They do not allow pizza delivery couriers to go up to the room and refuse to deliver the food themselves. You have to leave your room and go down to the reception to pick up the order

Overall, the hotel is good, but if you like ordering room service via Wolt or Uber, the front desk staff are not always helpful

The hotel is clean and the location is perfect. However, there was a spa and a sauna for free in the booking but when you go there, you have to pay for these amenities.

The hotel's location is excellent, right in the heart of Prague city center with convenient transportation. It's within walking distance to the metro station, train station, and famous attractions like the Old Town.

This hotel's location is incredibly convenient. Being able to walk to nearby supermarkets easily added so much comfort and pleasure to my stay

Without a doubt this is the best hotel in Prague. The heart of the old town is 5 minutes walk away. The hotel opened in April 2025, everything is new. The staff is polite.

I really enjoyed staying in this hotel last December. The bus and metro stations are close. The area is safe. The Staff are very helpful and nice. The room is clean and the garden view is just amazing!

The main attractions are within walking distance, and right next door to the hotel is a large department store with a big supermarket on its second basement floor where locals do their shopping

We enjoyed playing it while waiting for the lift and most of the time, finish one game befor we go out of the hotel or go back to our room. It was fun! Our toilet is small and doesn’t have an exhaust fan

My mobility was really poor that day, and that advice helped me so much. The rooms were clean, and the overall vibe of the hotel was young, vibrant, and very chilled

Just a quick note for future guests: you need to request a kettle, and there is a refundable deposit for it. I only have one complaint, and I’m not sure if the person involved was security or the bar manager

Very cool hotel! We were there on the weekend, the hotel has a good location, not far from the center, there are many minimarkets nearby (two right in front of the hotel). The room is quiet, calm and comfortable

Not our first staying at Zlata Husa Ambassador, located on Václavské náměstí. Hotel has convenient location not far from Underground station Mustek or Museum and walking distance to train station

The only draw down was that when we came back from dinner to hotel at 22. 30 bar was already closed (possibly because Sunday) but we went not far in another nearby hotel to get a pint of beer

The supermarket is at the metro basement too and within 5 minutes of walking back to the hotel. Staff there were helpful in giving advices to the places that you needed to go to

I got so warm welcome once arrival and check in, also enjoy good welcome drinks in check in and all the time. All hotel staffs provided very good hospitality to us because my wife got sick in stomach

Service was excellent. But be aware that the room deposit is 150€ per night. We had to pay 450€ for 3 night. Even though the room was prepaid. The casting in the TV also did not work.

We had dinner there one night. My boyfriend pre-ordered a birthday cake and requested to bring in after the main course. However despite he requested a few times. The server still didn’t bring to our table

We ended up doing a daily pass for the tram and using the tram to go almost everywhere, even the closer locations just because the tram was so close to the hotel. Highly recommended, you won't be disappointed

Enjoy my stay in Julius Prague. Near to train station and walk to all tourist sites. Best of all, there’s a laundry room for me to settle all my soiled clothings before continuing my journey.

Absolutely stunning! Clean, close proximity to old town square, warm service, and most importantly there’s in house laundry (self laundry, pay 4 EUR for washing and 2 for drying)

There was a bathtub, which I was very happy about, but unfortunately, the only thing that was disappointing was that there was no hot water in the bathtub and I couldn't soak in it, but other than that I was very satisfied

The room was immaculately cleaned, and there was a different Prague postcard by my pillow every night. The bed was laid out with a mat and slippers on it, and even the books I'd read had a hotel bookmark

The hotel's gym was open 24 hours a day. While the equipment wasn't as comprehensive as at the Four Seasons in Singapore, it was more than enough to allow me to work out different body parts every day

The location is perfect, right on the Vvar River, with a picturesque, fairytale world just outside the window. It's a two-minute walk to Charles Bridge and a five-minute walk to Prague Square

Staying here, I crossed Charles Bridge countless times a day and went to Prague Square for drinks and to watch the astronomical clock chime countless times. The hotel itself is even more impeccable

If you're in an unfamiliar city and don't know where to stay for the most convenient sightseeing, or are worried about the safety risks, the best option is to stay at the Four Seasons

The room was spacious, the furniture and furnishings were exquisite, the bed was incredibly comfortable, the capsule coffee was delicious, and the water was always replenished

The hotel provided me a very comfortable and nice experience in Prague. They offered the early check in as well. The location is very close to the famous restaurant Imperial Cafe.

It's also close to the old town, right next to the Imperial Café. For this price, it's excellent value for money

The room was a bit small, but very clean. The water pressure was a bit weak, probably because we were on the 5th floor. The entrance to the parking lot was extremely narrow, which made parking a bit stressful

The breakfast is so nice that we kept eating and missed our ride, lol. But it's a pity as we only stayed for 1 night. The exterior may looks aged but the interior is refurbished to modern design
