We loved it!!! Definitely deceiving from the outside.
Rooms are pristine. You can tell the owners have poured their heart into this place. The shower is amazing and powerful , it will blast you off into space 😅😆.
I locked myself out of the hotel at 10pm and cannot speak Czeck, but had a very fast response and I was back in with no problem. Hotel bar is a nice touch- I hope more (honest) people stay here and this place gets the credit it deserves ! It is not a 5 star luxury chain hotel but definitely has a homely feel which is even better and harder to achieve.

Really enjoyed the stay in the hotel Arko. Our flight was cancelled during the night, and we were really happy that we could book the hotel and check in around midnight (self check in service). Even though the hotel is on the other side of Prague than the airport, the transport was really quick by bus and metro during the night. The location is great - only 5 mins from metro line C, shops, pharmacy, restaurants, McDonalds - all nearby. The rooms and bathroom are nice and cosy.

As previously reviewed, this is an "okay" hotel. I noticed that some rooms were renovated and much more modern than others. We got a room with two single beds (not renovated), and it was borderline "okay". The beds were pretty uncomfortable and worn. The sheets were not fitted and exposed the worn mattress if you moved too much. There was no electrical outlet next to the beds, which was also annoying. Reception spoke English well and was very friendly. Late check-in instructions were emailed and made it super easy for our late arrival. This hotel was affordable, close to train (which is super fast) but honestly not too great.

Cheap Hotel with breakfast and parking.

Rooms are clean,breakfast is not bad.
Receptionist are very polite and perfectly speaking English.

Rooms are really small,but that is not such a problem.
Power outlets missing near bed, there was only 1 free and it is on another side of room.

Bathroom are clean,but need a litle maintenance

Walls are to tiny,sound isolation is poor. We can hear people in next room when talking,taking bath.

Around Hotel there is nothing, only subway and bus station is about few minutes from Hotel.

Not bad Hotel for sleep over and price are acceptable.

135e for 2 nights for 2 person.
Breakfast about 25e with some taxes for 2 days and 2 people.

Awful place! Not for serious people. Not a Hotel, not a motel, its something below. The worst place that I have ever slept in my life. We will never go back there.

Nice place. Small rooms but you have all you need in there, except the hair blowdrier which you must take from the reception. Be careful not to lock yourself out because in that case you must pay some money ?

Very nice place for a short stay while sightseing Prague. Good pricing, nice and friendly stuff. The building rather unatractive, 70/80 comunist architecture.
