Everything was wonderful Room was so big so clean hot water was really really hot, room was so clean breakfast oh i like that fresh n delicious staff really friendly n heldpful ? N everything so close to every single thing we just walk to everywhere

Fantastic place! I stayed for two nights and the accommodation was amazing. Extremely large and spacious room. For three people, the third person be was already out and prepared and the bathroom was enormous as well

The location is great for a tourist. The free wifi was also fast and good. Most of all, the service was best. I asked to change my room since it was in the roof floor, they changed it with an efficient way

The entire place was handicap accessible even though we had not requested it but it was greatly appreciated. Very close to a lot of places with very good Turdlnik, and the Christmas market

Also a short walk to the Charles bridge. Would definitely stay here again!

I can definitely come back to the same hotel if I come to Prague again ??

Great location, comfortable sleep and staff are excellent and helpful. We had a late flight and wanted to explore the city for the day. Our bags were able to be stored in the luggage storage for the whole day

We stayed here for two nights to explore Prague and we honestly couldn’t have chosen a better place. The room was spacious, clean and quiet. We absolutely loved the breakfast

The area where the hotel is located is not too crowded and yet close to the city center (walking distance and 5 min walk to the station)

The hotel is not new, but the room has no peculiar smell, and the overall facilities and cleanliness are satisfactory! In addition, if you are like me: you have to take a bus to Karlovy Vary early in the morning and then return to Prague in the evening, I highly recommend staying in this hotel because the entrance to the bus terminal is just opposite the hotel, which is very convenient!

Nice clean hotel with sufficiently large and warm rooms (too much I would say) The only thing that leaves a little to be desired is the slightly minimal breakfast Eg: (lack of lactose-free milk, now a must in our times) Asked for nutellini and jams that were finished in the display, the answer: We don't have any! For the rest, ok

For this price, it's quite worthwhile in the heart of Prague's Old Town. The basic facilities are good, there are inexpensive restaurants nearby, and a tram is just 100 meters away

I definitely recommend it!!! The hostel is right in the center, everything is within walking distance! Very beautiful rooms, clean, cozy, with a stunning view from the window! Daily cleaning is excellent, the only thing missing is soap and shampoo

Checking in took a little time, but they were very kind and helpful, so I had no complaints. It was nice that there was an elevator. It was also close to the city center.

The biggest drawback is that the hostel's door is too heavy. I don't know what the point of that design is

Staffs are nice, and facilities are clean and enough considering the price. Not rich but enough for me, as of a solo backpacker!

I was initially worried about potential travel changes, but thankfully I had purchased insurance in advance. When I was unable to check in due to unforeseen circumstances, I contacted Ctrip customer service

We spent a long weekend in this hotel, very nice and helpful staff, clean rooms, the only downside was the lack of a toilet seat in the toilet 😉 There were towels, soaps, cotton balls. A good place as a base for Prague

Nice personnel, roughly english-speakers, tidy and clean rooms. Rich breakfast with possibility to order fried eggs or sausages. Not too far away from Prague 1 and well connected with the public transport

Bus 120 takes 12 minutes to the Na Knizeci stop, and from there take the metro. It is worth buying a 24-hour ticket. Delicious breakfast included in the price of the room, the table nicely set

The value for money is good (35 euros for double room with breakfast). You can not expect much from the room facilities. German and English are unfortunately a taboo. You still understand each other anyway

Especially considering the price. All in all, you can easily spend two or three nights at the hotel. For longer stays I wish, however, something upscale amenities

Also Accept the Multisport Card for all the Amenities

The price for hard court/cement is less as it is old and clay court is okayish to play with. They also teach tennis there , and if you want to get classes in English they do help you with

One hard court open /outdoor And 4 clay courts outdoor are available. Indoor courts are available during winters and multisport card is not accepted during winters

Cosy comfortable relatively large rooms. Walking distance to tram and metro. City centre 3 stops away by metro. Good breakfast selection. Price reasonable.

The fancier part of the hotel was beautiful, spacious, and clean. The less fancy side was not well cleaned. Good location, 7 minute walk from the metro

They allowed us to store suitcase in a locked closet while we left for a weekend trip. Did not use the sports facilities, so cannot comment on them

Quiet location, convenient to travel to the centre by public transport, Parking, clean and tidy, friendly staff

The only 'complaint' we could have was the lack of air conditioning - but I had known this when I booked, it was just unfortunate that we happened to arrive on a day when the temperature had reached 40C! I would definitely stay here again

We stayed for 1 night in July 2013. Everything was clean and the beds were comfy. The shower in the morning was also good. We arrived very late (1am) but the owner welcomed us and showed us to our rooms

He also provided a very lovely (free) breakfast in the morning - toast, tea, boiled eggs, ham and a few other things I've forgotten

There are cheaper residences nearby, but I think this is a more luxurious level of residence

The hotel is 5min walk away from the tram station Stepanska, being away from the main circuit of the old town means you will have some level of peace at the night

The room is clean with only some level of hot water tuning is required everytime but not really a big nuisance, the TV is able to connect to Bluetooth for you to watch your movies through phone and speaker through the TV

I like the service of the hotel being the fact the receptionist is very helpful to my request on lending the phone call due to emergency

My only suggestion is that the short staircase at the hotel entrance is quite narrow. A ramp would be much better for luggage

The reception insisted that because I paid for the cheapest room so there’s no availability for the same category

Hotel has an on site spa which you go in naked European style mixed gender which is nice to relax after a day of walking. Breakfast was nice and fresh as well

I was travelling alone and arrived at the hotel after midnight. The reception gave me a corner room at the very end of the hallway which was really dark and a little scary so I asked to change room

On the positive side, the breakfast was excellent—very generous with plenty of options. The staff were also nice and helpful, which added to the experience

Love the big bath tub and great products “L’Occitane” The restaurant was great for easy option in the evening good food and reasonably priced

The hotel has been renovated, but you can still tell it’s an older building. The location in the city center is convenient, but the area is very busy, which might not suit everyone

Nicely situated easy access to everything and we loved that it has a bunker underneath that you can visit and it was very interesting

This hotel is very good the service is great plus u can make your coffee and drinks nearly all day plus you can pick up some little snacks the food in this hotel is really nice the rooms are very nice some small some bigger but when you need something you can always ask the reception or Marketa who is really great person to talk to or ask her for help the bar is open 24/7 plus nearly everyday you got...

The room itself wasn’t that great, it was clean at least but not as fancy as we expected from the pictures. Therefore it wasn’t worth the price we paid for. However, location wise it was perfect

They even upgraded me to a room with a balcony, which was perfect for winter – I could open it up and enjoy the natural 'air conditioning' haha

Extremely close to the metro station, the room was very clean, and the front desk service was excellent

One more thing we did not like as well, the deposit of €100 upon check-in, though we made all the payment beforehand. We have checked out for two days already, and this €100 has not been refunded yet

At the bar a cocktail, nothing can be ordered only from the common restaurant menu. Breakfast of the cheapest products that is possible to find. Positive of course the location! Therefore, 3*!;-)

Friendly staff, clean & close to all attractions & everything you want to see by foot. Great food & cocktails in their restaurant & bar. We stayed in Suite 308 - was like staying in the tower of a castle

The environment of Tiemen is very good, quiet in a busy city, the price is also very good if you book in advance, the room is very large, and there is a big clock outside. It's a great hotel, and the service is also good

It's in the style of an old-fashioned European hotel. After taking the elevator to the top floor, you still need to walk up the stairs to the attic. It takes more than 20 minutes to walk from the train station

Reception at the front desk FANTASTIC. Every time I went there was to ask or requeat something: VERY EXPEDITE and Courtoisie attention. Imposaible to ask a better service

Incidentally, there's also a wonderful local restaurant just a five-minute walk away where you can enjoy Pilsner Urquell and sausages for about 800 yen per person

The same evaluation for the cleaning room staff at the floor. And they all perfect English-speaking. It is so nice to travel in this kind pf luxury, small hotels

The room is nicely designed with a lot of detail minded touches. Good location, near to old town but not crowded witb tourists. Staff are warm, nice and helpful

The only negative comment is that not enough sunlight to my room (no. No view from the windows at all. It would be better specify in the booking site

There's a sister hotel right next door with extra facilities we could use, plus free bicycles available. The receptionists were friendly and helpful, and the hotel is always securely locked, which made it feel very safe

Wonderful hotel, not very far from Malastrana. The hotel staff is very kind. The rooms are clean, cute and confortable. Breakfast is fine but it's not included. Possibility to use the hotel parking paying 20€ by day.

I was surprised that for $80 this really was even better than the photos. Easy check in and out. Beautiful rooms. All of the luxuries. A gem. This is a must stay place in Prague near the river.

I had an excellent stay here with my son for a few days. Staff are extremely helpful and friendly. Cherry on the cake was a complimentary bottle of fizzy for my son's birthday which they must have seen on his passport

If the rooms had a mini-kitchen, they would be perfect in my opinion. Parking can usually be found on the street next to the hotel by the Staropramen factory

Anastasia, the Receptionist, received us on our first day. She patiently briefed us on the places of interest, the nearest supermarkets to get our daily necessities and Prague's transport system

Came here for a family trip with four people. It was great to have individual single beds. The kitchenware and appliances were all well-equipped, which was excellent. We stayed for two nights.

Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this hotel to others

safety deposit box was not working, floor was a bit dusty when we arrived, housekeeping is available only every 5 days and we did not have enough toilet paper after Day 2 haha), everything was perfect

The room was very clean, quite spacious, and in a good location.

It was huge room with 1 bed room and one bath. Only 2 of us stayed but it can fit for a family of 5. It was clean with daily cleaning service and towels were replaced daily

It has an excellent location, backing onto Prague Castle and facing Lesser Town. Vitus Cathedral and Charles Bridge are all within walking distance. The hotel is a renovation of an old house, clean and sanitary

The American Consulate is just outside the alley in front of the hotel. There are always police officers and police cars on duty nearby, so it feels relatively safe. The price is a bit high which is a pity

In addition to the buffet, you can also order meals without paying extra. Compared to the noise near the Old Town Square, this place is quiet in the midst of bustle

The place is very clean and safe. We are so happy to stay at the Alveo suites because everything is a walking distance from the suite. All you need from groceries, mall, restaurants, parking areas, and etc

The street is very happening and near to a lot of attractions, easily accessible via foot. I love the mini kitchen too.

The staff were very friendly and the room was clean, which was great. Just a heads-up, it's located on top of a hill, so it might be a bit tough if you have a lot of luggage.

The hotel may have been recently painted, so it has a bit of a smell. We booked a triple room, which was very quiet and had a heater to dry towels

Breakfast included many healthy options that were fresh and tasted really good. Coffee maker made me a decent cappuccino. Room was spacious and smelled nice, water pressure in shower was top notch

If I had to pick something, I would say that the air conditioning unit in our room was hard to manage and didn't seem to work well and also it was not clearly explained that we could use our room card to get back into the hotel after hours

Charles Bridge and Buda Castle are both within a 10-minute walk. There's also a supermarket next door, and breakfast is available on the basement level, mainly Western food, suitable for tourists

There is a place to cook in the room. There is a street for eating right outside the door. There are many delicious restaurants at the door. It is recommended to book in advance, which will be much cheaper

If the room is in the other building, that's about 5 minute walk from the main building. This wasn't a problem for us and it was clear at the time of booking that we were going to be in the other building

The lady at the reception desk didn’t even say hello and the people who were serving breakfast did not look happy either

This place exceeded our expectations. The rooms are basic but clean and comfortable. There's a small fridge in the room and tea and coffee making facilities (but you need to bring your own supplies)

The bathroom is also clean with nice fixtures. The hotel is very close to city centre. If one is reasonably fit, one can walk to the centre or it's a couple of stops on the underground

For €25/night this was a bargain. I'm sure there are nicer hotels with more luxurious rooms but not at this price. Value for money this is 11/10

Check in is very precise, be sure you know your time, you can not check in early. I tried, to no avail.

We were a group of 6 22 year olds, great location, great apartment, nice staff and easy to find.

When booking it should have been made clearer that the key pick up, parking and accommodation were in 3 different places. Not very far apart but a bit difficult when arriving in an unfamiliar city
