Stunning hotel, stunning location, the service was hit and miss, the guy we had serve us the first night was amazing, very helpful and nice. But the female waitresses always seem very unhappy and not quite as kind. Maybe this is just Prague I don’t know. Lovely food couldn’t recommend this high enough, absolutely lovely. Unfortunately as for the room, we booked the junior suite and it wasn’t quite like the photos on Loveholidays, a lot lot smaller than it showed. Which was a shame. Otherwise overall a nice experience.

The staff was outstanding and the rooms were very great. Also the hotel and restaurant were exceptional and were some of the best food and drinks while on the trip. The location is unbeatable while the only downside is due to it being in the city center it can be loud at night, I had earplugs that drowned out the noise.

We stayed here for four nights in the week. It's a very nice hotel with a late reception desk. The bar is also nice, and you can get hot drinks as well as alcoholic ones. They have a couple of snacks there, too. The breakfast and restaurant area is on the ground floor on the left. Breakfast is very nice, with lots of choice. It's open 7-10am. We had it included in our package and it was worth it. There are often people staying there for business and to use the conference room, so 7.30-9am is probably peak time. There are lots of rooms. The standard rooms is nice, big enough space but not very big. The bathroom is nicely sized and the shower is very nice. There is a TV in the room, air con/heating, a double bed, and a safe. There isn't an ironing board but there is a mini fridge. The room was kept clean. We had to ask for spare pillows as we had one each and they were very flat. The mattress was comfortable. The duvet was thin and small, so we had to ask for a second one as they didn't have a larger one to share. The location is good, near tram stops or roughly a 30 minute walk into the Old Town. It's a peaceful area to stay in, and there is a Tesco Express just a minute away on foot. Staff were polite. I would recommend staying here for a peaceful rest and a good location. Can't really complain.

The hotel is right in the center of the Old Town Square. You can see the Astronomical Clock as soon as you go downstairs. It's just that it's not very convenient to get a taxi. You need to go to the non-pedestrian zone to locate a taxi. The hotel has a certain history. The room keys are very heavy, haha. The facilities are classical. Sometimes you can hear the clacking sound of people going up and down the stairs in other rooms, but it is still clean and hygienic. The windows in the room only allow you to see the astronomical clock from an angle, and some rooms have no view at all. It is recommended to book in advance and make a note to arrange a room with a view. The breakfast is relatively simple. There are many restaurants to choose from downstairs. You can decide for yourself whether you want breakfast included. The hotel staff were polite and willing to help, and were generally satisfactory.

The biggest highlight of this hotel is the location. The famous building diagonally opposite the window is the Astronomical Clock! Second, the breakfast is still great! Third, it is very clean! However, there is one thing that surprised me: when I entered the room, I was surprised by the price of a bottle of water. Instead of providing a bottle of water, the store charged 120 Czech crowns per bottle, which is equivalent to nearly 40 RMB for a bottle of ordinary water!

The location is very good, with the Old Town Square downstairs, but because it is next to the Internet-famous rooftop restaurant, if you live on the fourth and fifth floors, it is very noisy late at night and early in the morning, and you can't rest well

The location is very good, very close to Prague Old Town Square. The terrace on the top floor of the hotel is so beautiful for taking photos. The price-performance ratio is also very high, the breakfast is very comfortable, and there is also my favorite hot chocolate. If you are looking for a good location, this one is definitely suitable, and it is also close to the brand shopping street.
