Located: on the left Bank of the Vltava river, near the ARBES square in the historical centre of Prague, on the border of two Prague districts Smichov and Mala Strana, within walking distance to Charles bridge and the National theatre (both about 12 minutes walk). There is a tram stop right near the hotel, subway station Andel (line B) is 3 minutes walk away.

Good breakfast and big bed
A big room with a bathtub. Breakfast is good. One small thing that is a bit negative is the furniture is a bit shabby and worn, as the three chairs in the room creak. Sad colors on the wall and panels.

Very well-located hotel next to a tram stop that runs every few minutes. Near a shopping center and a short walk from the city center (20 minutes). There are shops and restaurants nearby that close late. There's also a currency exchange office. The hotel reflects what the photos show. The staff is super friendly, and one of the receptionists speaks a little Spanish. The breakfast is plentiful, but it's always the same. The rooms are spacious, and they change the towels daily if you need it. Good Wi-Fi makes it easy to plan your day. We can say we were very comfortable. 100% recommended, unless you're very demanding.

A fairly nice and well-kept hotel. In a relatively central location in the Mala Strana neighborhood, close to trams and the metro. Clean rooms. Breakfast is good, though not extraordinary, but it has everything you need. Good price. Downside: they don't have blinds on the windows, so at 6 a.m. the rooms are full of light. Also, my mini-bar was very noisy, so I had to turn it off. Overall, a good hotel, but what would it cost to use blackout curtains?

We really enjoyed our three-night stay at The Arbes. It’s fair to say that the décor is traditional and slightly dated but don’t let that detract from what is a well run and friendly hotel. We had a large room with everything we needed, including a fridge, tea and coffee facilities and, in the bathroom, complimentary toiletries and a hairdryer. Breakfast was really very good. As well as a good choice of cereals and yogurts, there was a large buffet of breads, cheeses, cold meats, salads etc. There was also a large selection of cakes (can’t vouch for those as I wasn’t tempted). This hotel is in a good location, very close to a tram stop which takes you to the city centre. Although set in a quieter part of town, there are some nearby bars and restaurants with prices more reasonable than in the centre of Prague. All in all, a great budget hotel and I would happily stay here again.

The location is excellent, just yards from the nearest tram stop, and 1 stop/ 10 minutes walk to Andel, shopping centre, interchange, bars, fast food etc. The hotel staff are really friendly, very helpful, and a credit to the hotel. Breakfast is good. Rooms are comfortable, and best of all was the price. Fantastic value. From airport, bus 59, tram 20, dead easy.

Great price for a lovely hotel
Hotel staff were very helpful and I had good communication from them before our stay as we upgraded the room to a triple which they accommodated without fuss. Breakfast was plentiful and of good quality. Overall a lovely stay in a quiet part of Prague but with easy access to everything. Thank you

Great stay! Quiet and clean but dated rooms. Close to public transit but a 15 min walk to the main attractions. Parking on site with reservations, we didnt have one but the fellow working the desk made all the arrangements for us to have one! Breakfast was good. Overall a good place to stay! Would stay again!
