At check-in lady at the reception was really kind, cant say the same for the guy working the next morning. At 7AM when my wife took the dogs on a morning walk he started yelling why we have not payed for the dogs (at check-in the dogs were present, also previous time we were charged at check-out). It is even worse knowing that the same person said nothing to me like 2 hours before that for the same dogs.
As a positive things the breakfast is nice, parking is free and they have enough spaces. Although I mentioned a complain regarding the dogs situation they are still one of the cheapest in Prague (at least when staying for only one night). The hotel is not centrally located (they offer shuttle service during the day) but if you are traveling it is convenient since you wont get stuck in Prague traffic.
Also the staff is super friendly and gives their best to help you and make your stay more enjoyable.
