Excellent location and superb service and amenities. Close to the tram stop which makes all of Prague easily accessible. Easy walk to the castle.

Fantastic service! Excellent stay- couldn’t have been more pleased. Staff went up and beyond to make my stay incredible. One staff member in particular was fantastic! She worked on the reception desk not sure of her name was there on my arrival and before I left. Would definitely recommend for anyone visiting!

Fabulous location. Staff on checkin helpful with nice touch of free glass of sparkling wine. Snacks in room which was nice. Room was lovely main issue was v poor cleaning of room. In 3 nights the empty wine glass and snack bowls were not touched. Bathroom not cleaned. Seemed only Ned made. Also bathrooms on was severely cracked; looked like someone had dropped/smashed a v heavy bottle in it. Breakfast v good. Staff seemed a bit wary of contact in the main. in it.

We've stayed here a couple of times and can't fault it. Perfect location for us, in the slightly quieter lesser town. Just a short walk to the castle and charles bridge. Comfortable rooms and a good selection at breakfast. We'll be back this xmas.

Fantastic stay
Reception staff were excellent. Friendly and very helpful. The bed in our room was extremely comfortable. The shower pressure was fantastic and the bathroom had my favourite l’Occitaine products. Our room was on the lower ground floor which had access to a private garden area. Breakfast was good with plenty of choice. The location near the castle was perfect. Would highly recommend this hotel.

Soft mattress, nice and clean great free breakfast
Great location, clean, staff was friendly, walking distance to everything, only a few blocks from the tram to the airport. most importantly, the mattresses were super soft, which is important for me. It was convenient and the free breakfast was awesome not boring continental but full on hot food.

The hotel and the staff was amazing, very kindly and at our disposal for everything. The position is SUPER, near by the Castle and in ten minutes you arrive at Charlie’s bridge. The room was perfect, very clean, comfy beds and pillows and accessorized bathroom. The breakfast was included in our stay and was amazing, with so many options and all of them were good. I suggest to book your weekend at Golden Key Hotel in Prague.

They do not joke when saying it has the perfect location. Most major sights were within walking distance. The room was super comfortable, nicely warm and had everything necessary. Brekafast was delicious too so we absolutely recommend. A great place to stay at!

Good situation , a walking distance from the old town , just near the castle and the beautiful Hradcany area . We had a pleasant stay , friendly people , a good breakfast with a large choice . tHe room and the bed were comfortable , and we were offered a bottle of red wine on our arrival .
