Hotel with family atmosphere is located in a historic building that was built in the 16th century, in a great location - in the heart of old Prague in Mala Strana. All the most famous sights such as Prague castle and Charles bridge, Mala Strana, Old town and Wenceslas square are within walking distance or 5-10 minutes by public transport.

Thanks everyone for a wonderfull stay.
enough though. No tea or coffee facilities in the room, although beer was provided! The shower was okay, not a great deal of pressure and not very hot. Only sachets of shampoo provided, no shower gel. The room was attended to each day.
Breakfast was good, the scrambled eggs were made fresh and were really tasty, sausage was also an option but I didn't have any so can't comment. Pancakes, bread, cereal, jam, fruit, yogurt and coffee and fruit juice were all very good.
We found the location excellent. 30 minutes walk to Prague Castle, and 20 minutes to the old town.
The staff were all very friendly and helpful.
Hotel U Krize isn't a luxury hotel, but serves as an excellent base for a cheap city break.
The rooms are comfortable, though they have some quirks. There is no air conditioning, and some windows are difficult to open or don’t open at all. Additionally, the sofa bed had a noticeable yellow stain.
Despite these issues, my overall experience was enjoyable. The staff were friendly, the cleaning service was excellent, and both the breakfast and the restaurant were superb. The location is ideal, although it can be noisy at night due to the busy road nearby.
In conclusion, this is a great hotel with a few minor quirks. I highly recommend it.
