I went to play there badminton with a friend. Two big tennishalls with one tennis court turned into 4 badminton courts. I have not been there a very very long time but they seem to keep up their standard of service which was great to see as many places seem to deteriorate after some years in service, infrastructure etc... You can sport there, have something to drink or eat and they have accomodation as well.

Everything was excellent, the staff was generally generous, the hotel was very nice, the rooms were good, the prices were good, and it was a lot of fun. Finally, a receptionist treated us with indifference and impatience, which makes all the difference in an otherwise excellent place. It's sad!

I had a decent stay in this hotel. The staff is very kind and helpful. The quality and price of the food in the restaurant is great. However the rooms are quite outdated for this price range. There are no power plugs next to your bed, the electricity in the room sometimes goes off, I had to change the key card and seems to be a common issue. The location is very quiet making it a good choice if your need rest.

Very disappointed with the room and staff. I think the photos show enough. Not worth the money. The room was dirty and the bathroom was damaged and moldy. Staff mostly unfriendly and completely ignored our complaints. Not a place you want to be with kids. There are plenty of better options in Prague.

The hotel is in good condition and offers a large variety of sporting opportunities. Reception and service overall was excellent. Beds are good, small terrace also a nice plus. Rooms are pretty basic. Pool is good, saunas are excellent. What was slightly irritating is the unannounced parking fee, not advertised anywhere. Breakfast was very good, above what you get at an average place in Czechia (but below a good German breakfast). I can recommend the place - but expect about 7 EUR/day for parking.

Great hotel with spa and other sports facilities. Planty of parking spaces. Nice very comfortable rooms. We were there only for one night, so there was not enough time to try all the amneties but we'll probably return if we'll have a trip to Prague.

If you are visiting with family and kids to Prague by car, the this just might be your type of hotel. The hotel is close enough to Prague to drive on a daily basis. We drove everyday for sightseeing, used the parking at the Palladium mall and came back to spend late afternoon at the hotel. The hotel first and foremost is spotless and clean. The swimming pool and sauna area are nice and clean. Breakfast is good while it could offer a bit more variety. Staff is nice and the spa and massage are really good. A best thing is the size of the rooms… big.. specially if you have kids with you.

Super hotel, has everything you need: swimming pools, saunas, spas, tennis courts, gyms, bar, restaurant, bowling alley, etc. The staff is very helpful, advises and solves your problems. The rooms are also quite good - they are quite large and have a great view of the hotel. I recommend it, but not for those who want to visit the center - it’s not far from Benice.
