Hotel Tristar in Prague

We found ants in our beds, the room wasn't cleaned properly, there were a lot of stains on the walls, on the sheets, in the bathroom, everywhere... Bathroom had a very distinct smell, possibly from sewerage. Food in the cafeteria was tasteless, especially the cakes and drinks, pancakes seemed like they were under-baked. Staff was rude. Overall, avoid this hotel if you want a cozy and peaceful stay.

I was absolutely shocked by the attitude I received from the front desk employee. Not only was she extremely inhospitable and rude, but she also made racist comments toward me and my spouse. This behavior is completely unacceptable and should not be tolerated.

The stay was a terrible mistake in this hotel, the experience could perhaps be compared to some university dormitory with staff who stole the hotel.
But in order. The first night, a disco on the entire floor above us, high school students who the teachers don't give a damn about, the second night, banging on all the doors, all-night rollerblading in the hallways with banging on all the doors and a disco, and the third night with drunk, new high school students where the television was extremely loud, alternating drunken speech with loud music until 1 am.. one despair that never ends.
3 phone calls to the reception and 5 visits to the reception where the receptionist tells you to deal with it yourself and I call the police that it was stolen from him..nonstop smoking and stench in the room from other rooms and they nailed it with breakfast from which they overslept us for 2 days and we were biting egg shells..the room was not vacuumed once in 5 days and I don't even mention dust..
I probably won't continue anymore but never again even if it was free 🙏🙏🙏 I wouldn't recommend it to my worst enemy but the quality of service in Prague is just a big shame ..😔
