The location is fantastic—right next to a busy tram stop that connects to all the major tourist spots. Lots of restaurants, convenience stores, and fast food places nearby, so you're covered even if you're back late. A subway station is also just a 5–10 minute walk away, making it easy to reach the central station.
The staff is nice, laundry service is available, and housekeeping comes every day. My room felt quite spacious. For the price and convenience, this is a solid choice.
Breakfast was always good. Staff were incredible, helpful, friendly, and professional.
Loved my room, I had a standard single as I was a solo traveler, and it was great.
The room was spacious but quite dated. The carpet on the floor was very old.
The shower was very small and had a curtain, which is not practical at all.
A taller person can’t shower comfortably; the curtain keeps sticking to the body, and the whole floor ends up wet.
Breakfast was quite pleasant, with some variety and also fresh products.
Without a doubt, the location is the highlight of this hotel—very close to the city center, both on foot and by public transport.
The rooms were fine and clean although in pictures look much better.
The ladies who checked us in were particularly kind and welcoming.
However, we would have given a higher rating if not for the attitude of a person at reception on our day of departure, which we found not very polite.
This left a less positive final impression, despite some good points during our stay
