I was initially worried about potential travel changes, but thankfully I had purchased insurance in advance. When I was unable to check in due to unforeseen circumstances, I contacted Ctrip customer service. The staff were professional and patient, quickly processing my refund with a clear and transparent process, leaving me completely worry-free.
The hotel itself was also fantastic. The rooms were clean and tidy, fully equipped, and the free Wi-Fi allowed me to share beautiful travel photos anytime. The front desk staff were warm and friendly, fluent in multiple languages, and provided many travel tips.
Prague's scenery is breathtaking – the Gothic architecture, the shimmering Vltava River – every view is like a postcard. I highly recommend choosing the Charles Bridge Inn Prague when visiting Prague, and also purchasing insurance for a worry-free and wonderful trip!
