Hotel Florenc in Prague

Great location, comfortable sleep and staff are excellent and helpful. We had a late flight and wanted to explore the city for the day. Our bags were able to be stored in the luggage storage for the whole day. Made everything very easy

The hotel was quite tidy and spotless! However, because of an Asian couple, we couldn’t check in early, even though others were allowed.

We stayed here for two nights to explore Prague and we honestly couldn’t have chosen a better place. The room was spacious, clean and quiet. We absolutely loved the breakfast. Everything was delicious. The area where the hotel is located is not too crowded and yet close to the city center (walking distance and 5 min walk to the station). We enjoyed coming back to the tranquility of the hotel after a busy day of exploring the crowded parts of the city. Will definitely come back here!

The hotel is not new, but the room has no peculiar smell, and the overall facilities and cleanliness are satisfactory! In addition, if you are like me: you have to take a bus to Karlovy Vary early in the morning and then return to Prague in the evening, I highly recommend staying in this hotel because the entrance to the bus terminal is just opposite the hotel, which is very convenient!

Nice clean hotel with sufficiently large and warm rooms (too much I would say) The only thing that leaves a little to be desired is the slightly minimal breakfast Eg: (lack of lactose-free milk, now a must in our times) Asked for nutellini and jams that were finished in the display, the answer: We don't have any! For the rest, ok

The place was always clean and the staff very accomodating. The mini fridge is a plus, while our triple room had everything we needed, including two coffee tables. The location of the hotel is great with a metro station, tram stop and bus station very close. There is a Billa supermarket round the corner as well. One warning about rate of conversion: you'll pay in Czech króna on the day of arrival, so no matter what you settle for on the day you book, you might be charged more depending on the conversion rate the hotel sticks with during the month of your visit. For pushchair users/people with mobility issues - the building has a lift, however there are three steps at the reception entrance. Take some coffee/tea with you because despite booking a triple room, every day throughout our stay (5 nights), we were only provided with 2 teabags or 2 coffees and 2 mugs... no matter how many times we drew their attention to the fact that we were three guests.

Hotel booked last minute to make up for a canceled reservation, because we were not very close to the city center that was within our reach... in August. However, I agree with the positive reviews! 15' from the clock square, 5' from many restaurants and clubs. Now...entering the street of the htl it doesn't look exactly beautiful...in front of it there is a bus stop and lots of taxis...but also many police cars because the htl is in front of a local police station. In the evening it is always very quiet in fact 😅 Returning to the htl... small, very clean, the photos are true. At the reception we found very kind young girls, they spoke perfect English (or French) and were always available. The room was always clean and made up very well, new furniture. The bathroom is small, but still clean and recently renovated. The breakfast buffet was really excellent: fresh fruit already sliced, tarts, brownies, mini pancakes, crêpes and fruit compotes, as well as abundant savory food with something different every day. I recommend it, I would go back, it was a very positive note of this trip.
