No card payment accepted so I left. An ATM is available, but it is a Euronet ATM which should always be avoided due to scammy business practises.

The rooms were fine, but food was just heated (and just to mild temperature) and not great, one member even vomited from it later. The breakfast served 10 days expired yoghurt...

The location is awesome, just couple hundred meters from the mountain ridge and Czech-Polish border. I went with the economy room and it was ... well ... quite economically equiped room. But there was everything a tourist needs. The breakfast was included in the price of the accommodation and it was really great, with a large selection of various sorts of food. The only problem was at the restaurant where they unfortunately didn't accept cards.

Usually very cowdy, que is quite fast as you picking up and move (sort of buffet), food just ok, good beers, not the cheapest compare to other places on czech side. There is quite lot sitting spaces inside and outside on the terrace. Bit too horrible building for such a lovely location in the heart of Karkonosze Mountains. Views are amazing and breathtaking taking, beautiful walk towards Spindlerovy Mlyn through breathtaking kanyon. You can walk north to Labski Szczyt or to Sniezne Kotly.

Great hotel! The rooms are nice and clean, the price is not too high considering that the hotel is situated in the mountains. Breakfast was also great. And the best part - people that are working there! Very nice and friendly, at the reception desk and in the buffet/restaurant. Thank you for a pleasant stay :)

The hotel itself is great and very clean. The lady at reception was also nice and helpful. The service at the restaurant was awful. I'm not sure why. The bartender and server were rude and did not speak English.

A quick mid-August lunch break in the Panorama restaurant: Personnel was fast and friendly and the food (in this case the Gulasch and Apfelstrudel) above average to good. Not at all as bad as I remember other Boudas. And of course they server the original Kofola ;).

The big hotel from 70-s in the midle of mountains with wonderful landscapes. But it's all good I can say about it. The dishes are avarage, maybe besides boruvkove knedliky. A little crowded.

There is nice view, in the restaurant they have poor selection of food, only sausage, knedle and soup. We took mushroom soup, which was very bad. Piwo, sun and view saved the day
