High mountain hotel with excellent service, high level gastronomy and a modern Wellness facilities. The hotel is surrounded by the Krkonoše national Park at the Elbe reservoir, which is the most highly situated dam on the Labe, located at an altitude of 740 metres. Right next to the hotel is the route of descent with the funicular of the Elbe. The hotel is a perfect starting point for summer Hiking and winter Hiking, cross-country skiing along the ridges of the krkonoše mountains.

The hotel itself, was a bit tired, our room had a terrible gutter scent and was not being cleaned daily (only trash emptied). For a 4 night stay our towels were only changed once and this only upon our request at reception (please note that we had already hang at the door the required form with what we would like to be done daily). Linen was never changed. Spa was good but just on the high side in terms of price.
Finally, service from the reception staff was excellent, they were very helpful and friendly with us. The highlight of the hotel along with breakfast.
Bottom line: Do not rely on the hotel's rental shop, if you are a beginner probably best to find a different location more accessible blues. Cleanliness level was poor but staff were great.
On the positive side, the cleanliness and the view from the rooms met our expectations and are a real plus. The play areas for younger children are also excellent. We recommend trying out the three different saunas.
