We were so looking forward to the long-awaited skiing holiday and were grossly disappointed by this hotel. We arrived and the room key was on the front desk with a name tag. An employee was far and wide not in sight. The rooms are very small and dirty. The balcony door covered with white/yellow stains. The whole room smells musty. You can hardly breathe in the bathroom. As if that wasn't enough, there isn't enough parking space in front of the hotel so we had to park down town and walk up to the hotel. The selection of dishes in the restaurant is very small and absolutely unsuitable for children. Drinks are only available in 100ml format.
