Wonderful location with easy access to ski lifts and village center. The restaurant offers really great and traditional Czech food. Definitely coming back!

Very clean rooms and good beds. Breakfast was tasty with a good selection, the evening meal was also very tasty and satisfying. All the staff are welcoming, I wish we could stay longer, the manager deserves praise,

The waiter at the restaurant is the reason why we are never coming back. Check other reviews - many people complain about his behaviour. It seems that the hotel Tři Růže simply doesn't care if guests will come back or not.

Short list of highlights: if you speak English, he'll ignore you. German or Czech is accepted, but you'd get the plates thrown at the table so that the silverware would almost fall on the ground. He yelled at us when we asked to leave the silverware and take only the empty plates. Just to be clear - we were friendly, polite and sober and simply came for dinner.

The woman at the reception was super friendly and nice. And then you get THAT. No wonder the hotel was half empty on the weekend in the high season of ski vacations. Simply avoid this place if you want to keep your nerve cells.
