Our stay was comfortable enough but we were overcharged, possibly as much as double the correct amount, and have never been provided with an invoice for our stay, despite regularly contacting the hotel

Bravo: breakfast, fresh relaxing air as always, less tourists than expected

Amazing place to stay in Špindlerův Mlýn. Cheap yet very comfortable rooms! Really nice feeling. Loved it!!! Totally worth the money - ideal spot for tourists! :-)

Great place to stay and eat in Spindleruv Mlyn! The service is incredible - everyone's kind and helpful from the first minute. They speak English, German and understand Polish. Location is perfect - exactly in the center. Whole building is quite old (that's good) and has a great atmosphere of a cozy place in the mountains. Rooms are clean, wifi has good reception. Food in the restaurant is simple but delicious. Parking is nearby. Prices are accurate in reference to the standard.
Hope to visit Villa again.

Food ok, but service a bit rough. Rating only for restaurant, not for hotel. Received chicken- instead of pork-Schnitzel, which was commented with a friendly "Take it or leave it".

The restaurant was nice but the staff is horrible! She looked pissed because we had "just" coffee but no meal.

The waitres was terrible. She looked really pissed when we had "just" a coffee and not a meal. The rest wasn't that bad but because of her i do NOT recommend!

We went to the restaurant. The food was pretty good. Staff rather average, no "welcome", or other interactions over what was needed to.get an order, we had to ask for additional drink two times.
A big surprise at the end - despite being in the center of the famous tourist destination, they do not accept credit cards.
Overall the experience was not bad, but we rather are not looking forward to return there.
