Receptionists are often the first impression guests have of a hotel, and in this case, the hotel is very fortunate to have such an outstanding receptionist. The receptionist who assisted me (a young lady) was exceptional in every way. She was professional, friendly, and always willing to help. She answered all my questions with ease, provided clear information, and actively looked for solutions whenever needed. Her support made a real difference during my stay. Overall, she gave a very strong and positive impression of the hotel. The hotel itself was also very pleasant — comfortable, well maintained, good breakfast, and everything was organized smoothly. I had a very enjoyable stay and would gladly recommend it to others.

Excellent room view and service and wellness. A big advatage is also close location to colonade of Marianske lazne. There are also a lot of opportunities for walking trips👍🏻

The hotel is absolutely beautiful, ideally located across from the Colonnade, and is perhaps the most elegant in this price range—maybe even in the entire city. I’ve stayed there several times and plan to return many more times. Unfortunately, the cleanliness has slipped a bit; the rooms aren’t being cleaned as well as they used to. For example, they should polish the marble in the bathroom with a special cleaner and check the plates before serving them to guests at breakfast. Still, it's definitely worth a stay!

The hotel is not very new, but in our experience one of the best management we faced. The staff at the reception was very friendly. It was also very good to see the manager present on the breakfast and dinner, making sure our stay was good. 10/10!!

I do not recommend anyone to stay at this hotel. We forgot three items of clothing in the room, and even though we contacted the hotel immediately and they kept promising to send them, we still haven’t received anything. It is impossible to reach the hotel by phone — you only communicate with an AI. Communication with the hotel is absolutely terrible. I would never stay at a hotel with such an attitude toward guests again, and I have stayed in many hotels before. Absolutely appalling behavior.

Great location. Room nicely furnished with period furniture and comfy bed. Good selection of warm and cold food for buffet breakfast. Great value for money. However two points for criticism: 1) no reply to my two e-mails prior to arrival asking for information on parking close to the hotel, as the hotel does not advertise it's own parking facility 2) no drinking water available in the room. Otherwise good.

Great location, great breakfast, great room, and great staff. Amazing value for money! The atmosphere was retro but still modern. The room was clean, and the one I stayed in was also soundproof. I could only hear other people talking in the bathroom through the ventilation, but it wasn’t a big issue. Overall, I absolutely recommend this hotel!

Loved almost everything. And what I didn't, were just details. Super nice reception staff. Sasa was a great host and provide me with precious info about the surroundings. Good internet, stable and fast wi-fi. The location couldn't be any better, that's just impossible. And for the price, this stay in unbeatable. Good bedroom, comfortable and cozy, quiet and pleasant. Food (breakfast and dinner) was great. I will come back.

Great location and service!

The longer time for kids in the swimming pool, at least additional 30’ would make kids with their parents more happy!
More hooks for towers in bathroom & pool area - maybe as idea :)
And I’d include in dinner price at least one alco drink.

Friendly staff, good quality breakfast/dinner buffet (incl. a paper bag to take away breakfast snacks - awesome!), comfortable beds and generally clean hotel. Pool and sauna are of modest size. Their attention to kids with dedicated programs and playing spaces is a big plus!

The room furniture is a bit outdated, carpets worn out. If booking lunches ahead of the reservation, it usually means your last lunch is on check-out day but the system does not recognize it - awakward situation for us. The quality of the lunch meals was inferior to breakfast/dinner, often reutilizing food to avoid leftovers (ok, I understand the concept but won't buy lunch again).

When you're used to the other OREA hotels, this one's simply a big disappointment. The rooms are old, poorly equipped and uncomfortable (it's manageable, but you simply expect more). Same thing with breakfasts and dinners, you expect nice modern selection, but instead you get boring old fashioned cuisine. It's obvious the hotel is probably catering to the different visitors - mostly older foreigners. Service is super nice as always, but they don't really have much to show off here. The whole place just lacks any charm, or simply anything 'more'. The spa pool is very nice though, though super small. There even wasn't any body lotion at the room.

A wonderful hotel with attentive and friendly staff. The atmosphere is relaxing and leaves a very pleasant impression. The food quality is decent, although it could be improved a little. Overall, I was very pleased with everything. Thank you for a wonderful time at your hotel.
