Disappointed by Lack of Understanding and Flexibility. I accidentally booked and paid for this property by mistake, thinking I was booking a property with the same name in Paris. I immediately contacted both the hotel and Booking.com to explain the situation. Despite informing them without delay, the property refused to refund the payment, showing no flexibility or understanding, even though it was an honest error and I had no intention to stay in Czech Republic as I was traveling to Paris.
I understand that cancellation policies exist, but in cases of genuine mistakes reported right away, a bit of human empathy and customer care would go a long way. Unfortunately, that was not the case here.
Travelers should be aware that even a prompt notification won’t guarantee any support or refund from this property, even in good faith situations, so book with caution. How a property chooses to handle such situations says a lot about the people behind it. Very disappointing experience.

The hotel is in the center of the city. The personal is very helpfull and always very polite. The rooms are clean the procedures are very good. The food (dinners) is under average. You get almost the same food everyday. The meats are tough and tasteless the salad represents chopped vegetables present at the breakfast. The deserts keep repeating. The puddings from Monday were served on Thursday evening with a different toping. You could tell its old as it got detached from the glass.... So the hotel is great except for the diners. I must say that some of the school canteens provide better quality and taste of food. If you want a real tasty diner I suggest restaurant Café Classic. The best food in town. :-)

The staff was friendly and helpful. Our room was cheap and had a broken toilet that needed to be fixed before we could use it. The massages offered weren't what I expected.

The hotel is really good. Bright, spacious rooms. Comfortable furniture, but cabinets need repair. The food is delicious and varied. Polite staff. For some reason, the description of the hotel listed a pool and air conditioning. Neither one nor the other. Well, in the pool, Monti carries the Shuttle. Off a star for the lack of bathrobes the size you want. Petite woman give Bathrobe xxl. Is it hard to purchase bathrobes at least three sizes. The rest is resting well.

I have the fortune to dine in this miserable execuse of a hotel today. Dry, tough and tasteless, they have the worst chicken breast imaginable to men. "Established in 1900", they are either specifically aim to rip off tourists or had been terrible for 118 years. Either way avoid this place like plague!

I've been in Marianske lazne for conference, so I can't evaluate spa services but for an accomodation, the hotel is OK. Clean room, quite spacy for solo traveler, sufficient wi-fi and nice staff. Thumbs up!

Very old building with museum upgrades. Comfortable place. Reception staff very helpful. Restaurant staff very polite. I'm still staying here so may have more to say. My room...Ok. Towels changed everyday, but........the toilet and sink have never been washed or cleaned once for the one week that I stayed here so far (staying here for 9 days). For this one point, the four stars I give may go down to one star, but for the fact that the staff are really really good, polite and helpful.

- Dinner organization tragic, completely ruined the overall impression of the hotel
The website states that dinner is served from 5:30 PM to 8:00 PM, but we had to go there already at 5:30 PM.
The first evening there were 5 people at dinner, but we still had to sit at the table (in an empty restaurant) with other guests. There was no talk of this with the waiter at all, he made it clear that we were annoying him a lot.
After dinner the restaurant was closed, there was no minibar in the room (the fridge was empty), so we went to another hotel for coffee and a drink.

Nice Spa Hotel in Marianske Lazne. Been traveling alot in Czech republic. Must say, that this hotel really was a hitten gem for the price. Staff really nice and professional. If you want to experiance a real Czech Spa holliday, I recommend this Hotel.

We were there just for 2 nights and 3 days, kind of a long weekend.
In general everything was fine.
Staff is very nice and friendly, but mostly speaks only German, no English...
Cleanliness of the rooms could be better, I guess the maids never checks the curtains in the rooms coz they do their job in the first part of the day. Our curtains were horrible, it's not so much visible from the photos but in reality it was much worse.
Breakfast was okeysh.... not bad but cannot say good as well... very small variety.
Dinner was better.
You cannot sit where you want in the restaurant during breakfast. Even when magority already had breakfast, you sit where they will let you, even if there is empty tables you would sit with some family/strange people...
For dinner you have also a specific table with other people.
Check out is at 11:00 am.
