Excellent food, friendly service, amazing treatments and people around them. I'm a little disappointed that the pool is only open until 6pm, but I understand that it's not the season.

Price ratio is great. If you are looking for peace and quiet this hotel is ideal. Breakfast and dinner are great.

Hotel Maxim in Marianske Lazne was clean, the food was very good, the staff was helpful and smiling. The room was cozy, cleaned daily. All procedures were carried out according to the schedule. Great satisfaction and I recommend the hotel to everyone. The reservation from the Excelsior Hotel was canceled a week before the start of the treatment stay, which was ordered and paid for half a year ago. In the end, something bad was for something good, because the accommodation at the Maxim Hotel was great.

A very quiet, clean, and peaceful hotel, dog-friendly (300 CZK/night per dog) with a large LCD TV and a refrigerator (well-cooled) in the room. Room 306 has a long and rather narrow balcony, but two chairs fit on it, allowing for a pleasant evening. Four parking spaces are directly in front of the hotel entrance, and we managed to park there. Parking costs 300 CZK/night.
Comfortable beds. Hot (even hot) water almost immediately after turning on the tap. A very friendly receptionist who speaks fluent English and German.
The hotel is about 300 meters from the Singing Fountain and the Maxim Gorky Colonnade, right next to a park. A buffet breakfast included delicious cheeses, pâté, and cold cuts, and a selection of breads, including toast. Coffee was made from an espresso machine and milk was provided on the table. The buffet included fresh vegetables (tomatoes, cucumbers, etc.) and fruit. Warm sausages and fried eggs.

Super. Krásný a malý elegantní hotel, kde jsme se cítili opravdu vítáni. Hotel malý, nejsou tu žádné davy lidí. V době naší návštěvy zhruba napůl Češi a Němci. Ochotný personál nám pomohl se vším o co jsme požádali. Od restaurace, přes pokojské i recepci. Na oběd nám připravili jejich vyhlášené palačinky, i když nebyly součástí nabídky, vyšli nám s úsměvem vstříc. Stejně tak ihned doplnili ráno chybějící pečivo. o které jsme požádali. Na bufetu u snídaně bylo vše jak známe ze 3* hotelů - sladké věci (bábovka, štrúdl, koblížek), 2 druhy chleba, toasty, rohlíky, párečky, vejce, šunka, salámy, sýry, marmeláda, med, kuličky a vločky do mléka, nějaké dva druhy ovoce a rajče + okurky. Děkujeme také recepci, zajistili nám donesení polštáře navíc, jak jsme poprosili a krásně jsme se vyspali :D... Hotel klidný, pohoda. Doporučuji

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hat sich stets bemüht alle Wünsche zu ermöglichen. Das Hotel war sehr sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, die Zimmer zweckmäßig. Betten und Matratzen sind sehr bequem.

Overall a good hotel. Location is 2 minutes walking distance from the famous Colonnade. The lobby and the hall are impressive - you feel like in a castle. However, the room is just basic. The furniture doesn’t match with the historical building, but it’s suitable for the purpose of having a good sleep at night. Breakfast buffet is huge and starts at 7am. Unfortunately, the internet is very slow and the indoor swimming pool is very small.

The hotel definitely needs a bit of renovation. The rooms were clean, but the common areas, such as the stairs, had shabby, stained chairs that you really don't want to sit on.
They could also do better with food. When you enter the hotel, the first person you meet is the receptionist. Here, too, there is something to fix. The level of the receptionist was quite low. I'm really not curious about a lady in her years with no bra and dirty clothes. The other guests noticed it too. I will definitely not go to this hotel again. In order not to criticize, the masseuse Julie was great, she took care of our procedures and everything went well there.

Dirty and shabby carpets, a lot of inappropriate things around the hotel/ definitely not in the style of the sixties/ 🤦♀️room equipment 👎bathroom 👎

Friendly staff, good quality breakfast/dinner buffet (incl. a paper bag to take away breakfast snacks - awesome!), comfortable beds and generally clean hotel. Pool and sauna are of modest size. Their attention to kids with dedicated programs and playing spaces is a big plus!
The room furniture is a bit outdated, carpets worn out. If booking lunches ahead of the reservation, it usually means your last lunch is on check-out day but the system does not recognize it - awakward situation for us. The quality of the lunch meals was inferior to breakfast/dinner, often reutilizing food to avoid leftovers (ok, I understand the concept but won't buy lunch again).

When you're used to the other OREA hotels, this one's simply a big disappointment. The rooms are old, poorly equipped and uncomfortable (it's manageable, but you simply expect more). Same thing with breakfasts and dinners, you expect nice modern selection, but instead you get boring old fashioned cuisine. It's obvious the hotel is probably catering to the different visitors - mostly older foreigners. Service is super nice as always, but they don't really have much to show off here. The whole place just lacks any charm, or simply anything 'more'. The spa pool is very nice though, though super small. There even wasn't any body lotion at the room.

A wonderful hotel with attentive and friendly staff. The atmosphere is relaxing and leaves a very pleasant impression. The food quality is decent, although it could be improved a little. Overall, I was very pleased with everything. Thank you for a wonderful time at your hotel.

Fantastic! The best place for families with kids :-). Great lication,great food, fantastic and helpfull stuff. Ela the animator should be an actress! ;-) I fully recomend this hotel. If you travel without kids Orea hotel Bohemia.
