Poor management. The rooms are modern, but the hotel's infrastructure is not designed for the number of guests. For example, the sauna is too small, and tables in the restaurant were reserved by name for half-board guests, meaning there was no space for breakfast-only guests, even though two-thirds of the tables were empty at 8:30 a.m. In the café, guests were asked to leave tables without reservation signs and told they wouldn't be served for another fifteen minutes. The food was of a lower canteen standard.

The staff were emotional and irritable all the time, and even gossiped about customers in German right in front of me. I happen to understand German, so it was terrible. The reception staff was awful; I can't believe a 4-star hotel has such poorly trained staff. There was no smile or cheerfulness at all. The room itself was comfortable and clean, but the staff was terrible. I don't think I'll ever stay at this hotel again. We're not people who expect to be pampered or spoken to politely, but I would like to ask the reception staff: When customers speak to you normally, please speak in a normal, respectful manner, not as if you're constantly in a bad mood. If you don't enjoy your job, don't take it out on customers.

They had given us a room which unfortunately had a humming sound 24 hours a day. I could describe it as the sound of a vacuum cleaner. The toilet was unfortunately not very clean! There had also been a mix-up with our reservation regarding our room category. While we had paid money for a specific room marked double bed by *******, we were told by the hotel that they did not know and had another update for a lower category with less money of course. After our request, of course showing the emails which proved our reservation exactly, they gave us a room better than what they told us, in relation to what they wanted to give us from the beginning. But not of course what we had booked from the beginning.

very pleasant stay. The gastronomic offer does not meet the standards of the house. Quality of breakfast and dinner could be improved. Sauna and wellness area below standard.

We came back to book the room. Very polite receptionists, we spent the spare room several buildings. Showed pool, restaurant, Spa area. In each case the interior is very nice, clean.buildings are connected by transitions, can be lost. Been waiting for the Elevator.

A good hotel which corresponds to 5 stars, not four. Excellent medical services, one drawback that some procedures have to be made at nearby hotels, connected by a covered walkway. Good, comfortable rooms, excellent and varied food in the restaurant. Friendly staff. Own underground Parking. The building of the classical architecture of the 19th century - the view is just great. In the immediate vicinity of the Catholic Cathedral, the old Park and the colonnade with mineral springs.

I've been here twice already. Would recommend for treatment and rest. A wonderful resort. Great treatment, qualified staff, fine cuisine. And just do this wonderful place - and the whole Czech Republic
